Stan built our house for us this past year and we could not be happier! We picked him because he had a reputation of being dependable and working well with people building from out of state. I am sure I annoyed him plenty with my constant texting but he never let it show. He was incredibly responsive! And I found I could trust him for advice when I was hitting the decision fatigue that everyone building a house eventually deals with. Even better, we only went a little over budget, due entirely to my selections. He warned me every time about what it would cost and he was always spot on. No surprises! Our house is gorgeous and I wouldn’t change a thing. If you want a quality custom builder you can trust, go with Paradime.

Pictures says a thousand words. Very easy to work with and tries to do all possible changes possible without any complex change orders. Simplest and most easiest of all the builders I worked with . We chose a plan over the internet and stan redrew it and made the home possible as per specs what we were looking for . 5 stars

Stan is an amazing builder. Smart, responsible, and dedicated to designing and building your dream home. In addition to my home, he built my parent's home and my parents neighbors home. All three are gorgeous and well built. Years after you build, you can call Stan for referrals or advice. He truly stands by his work and is just a super nice guy.

We talked to several builders before we contracted with Paradise Construction, Inc. So glad we went with Stan O'Brien and his excellent crews! They worked diligently to keep things on schedule and maintain their normal high quality standards for our house. We couldn't have picked a better builder. We found Stan at the home show at the Columbia Convention Center, set up an interview and we were in. Stan was so easy to work with. He turned our design ideas into reality. My husband (who is a general contractor) and I hired Stan to design and build our custom house on the lake. We had a list of wants & needs that didn't necessarily lend themselves to the lay of the land. Stan did an amazing job of fitting our dreams with our land, it's ncredible views, and most importantly our budget! When every other builder saw dollar signs because we are on the lake Stan offered a product that did not gouge simply due to our location. His ethics carried through with every aspect of our build from concept through handing us our keys and beyond. The fact that he does a check up after our one year anniversary says a lot! We couldn't be any more delighted with our home design as well as the quality of the construction. We have no desire to move from this home, but if by chance we are to build anything in the future Stan is Our Man!

If you’re looking for a custom home, Stan is your guy! Nothing but great things to say about him! Our home is beautiful, and he did a great job keeping us on budget. Easy to work with and very responsive with my 10000 texts, emails and ideas throughout our process. Our home finished in the middle of the pandemic, and despite everything taking place, it was still completed within the time frame.

We found Paradime Construction Stan O'Brian on the internet when we were still living in Missouri. We worked with him using E mails and Text messages to work out floor plans for our new home in South Carolina for over 1 year. He adjusted plans to fit our needs while keeping within our budget. He accomplished everything we wanted. From ground breaking to finished product Stan was always available to make suggestions or corrections. He listens to what you want. Stan and his team are very courteous and reliable.We would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Stan. We love our new home!

We contracted with Paradime to replace a garage that had fallen into disrepair. The new structure was a significant change from the standard design, working from the base of the old structure. In planning the project, we asked for modifications that included a different width and length and a taller peak as well. Stan was terrific in working with us on the changes and helped us achieve a very happy result. His folks did good work in reconstructing the concrete footprint of the new structure (somewhat larger than the existing slab), in linking existing concrete to the structure, and in extending a brick fence to the new garage unobtrusively but well. A couple of minor issues were resolved promptly and congenially. Many months later, we remain very pleased with his work. It’s worth noting that we have two friends whose houses were constructed by Paradime. The last time we talked with them, they both continued to report that they too were very pleased with the work. As a result, we recommend Paradime highly and hope to work with them in the future.

I have nothing but great things to say about Stan! He was able to guide us through the whole process of building our home. I trusted his word and he has a good eye for detail too. He helped me stay on budget without sacrificing style. I was impressed with his professionalism and I highly recommend Paradime Construction for any remodel or new home projects!

Stan is great to work with, very responsive to questions whether by email or phone, very energy conscious, quality construction and has a great work ethic. Stan was very patient with us through the building process. As this was a new build and we had never gone through the building process before, we had lots of questions and sometimes were a little impatient when we thought things weren't moving as fast as we thought they should have. Overall, we would hire Stan again.
