From start to finish experience, the team at Paragon was professional, friendly, and most of all, listened to our vision. Ashley walked us through the options and planning configurations at the design stage, which was very helpful in optional layouts and selections. Ashley provided appliance recommendations and then coordinated with our appliance supplier all the details to ensure a good fit with the design, including a custom survey concept we had with a wine bar. Ashely followed through with each stage of the kitchen installation process, ensuring every detail was addressed and decisions made on time to keep the project on schedule. The cabinets, countertops, and hardware quality is some of the best I have seen, and Paragon's installation team makes the whole experience wonderful. I have worked with many trade professionals, and Darrell is among the most professional and skilled. His attention to detail is second to none, immaculate, and clean. Darrell coordinated all details and ensured the counter installation met his expectations and quality. Mary ensured we were satisfied with every step and helped us when needed. It was evident that the service that Paragon demonstrated was consistent from the ownership right through to all their employees. The Paragon experience exceeded our expectations, and we would recommend them to everyone. We are now planning our next washroom renovation and won't hesitate to call the team at Paragon.

We have a new Paragon kitchen as of August 2021. We are so pleased. Our experience with all of the team at Paragon was positive and enjoyable. We hired Paragon Kitchens when we bought a little bungalow that needed a complete renovation and we couldn’t be happier with that decision. Our experience with Paragon was amazing. Before visiting Paragon, we had ideas of how we would design our new kitchen but the kitchen plans they created were far beyond what we ever imagined! Michele and Aileen were so attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. We enjoyed our meetings with them and appreciated their expert advice. It’s been over a year since our renovation and we’re still excited about the beauty and functionality of our kitchen.

We are so pleased with our new kitchen! Michele and her team made the process easy, from the selection of our new cabinetry and countertop, to arranging the contractors, helping us select appliances suitable for our space, and selection of paint, floor, and other design elements. Paragon's extensive kitchen set up at their shop allowed us to see the different options available. The installers were friendly and professional, and completed the installation within the expected time-frame. Although the cabinetry is white, any spots and fingerprints are easily wiped away. Our Cambria (Skye) countertop is easy to clean, and makes for an eye-catching and unique focal point of our kitchen. The kitchen design transformed not only our kitchen, but the entire main floor of our home; opening up not only the kitchen, but also the living room. The open-concept allows for much easier entertaining, and a greater enjoyment of the space.

Excellent service. They were professional, attentive to our needs, and worked to make this large renovation relatively painless. Michele and Aileen were a joy to work with. Their creativity resulted in a beautiful space. We can't compliment paragon and their team of contractors enough. My husband and I recently built our dream home and having dealt with numerous tradesman and suppliers we can say with certainty that PK is among the best. To make a long story short, here’s some of what we liked best: 1. Consultative process. Aileen and team truly listen. We had a vision, but it took some work to bring it to life. Aileen and Mike worked through multiple iterations, 3D renderings and showroom consultations to ensure it was perfect. 2. Trusted source of knowledge. They ask questions – lots of them. Having us ‘move’ into the room early in the process is an eye opener! They understand how people use (or should use) their space. 3. Beautiful products. Can’t say enough about Miralis cabinets. Made in Canada, innovative materials, great quality and style at various budgets. 4. Details, details, details. Critical for a well laid out and functioning space – bulkheads, plumbing, electrical outlets and hardware. So many things could have gone wrong if not well planned! 5. 1st class installation. Darryl and their team of carpenters far exceeded our expectations with their attention to detail and professionalism. They even saved our marriage when my husband instructed them to drill into the cabinets in the wrong place. With an emergency call and quick dispatch the holes were seamlessly fixed. 6. Pride in design and craftsmanship. Aileen, Mike and the entire team take pride in their work. They are thoughtful and build their knowledge from every job. We are so proud of our home and know that the Paragon team was instrumental in bringing our vision to life. Highly recommend!

We hired Paragon to renovate our kitchen and master ensuite. It was a major renovation and a first for us. Mike and Aileen were great to work with. As with any renovation project, issues arise but Mike and Aileen were there to address and resolve them. In the end, our project is more beautiful than anything we could have imagined. Every time we walk into our kitchen, we get a thrill at how stunning it is. We would work with them again in a heartbeat.

We recently had a kitchen Reno completed with Paragon. I cannot say enough positive things about this amazing group of people. Aileen, Mike & team have exceeded our expectations. The end result is an amazing kitchen & utility space we love.
