My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

WARNING!!! We lost $5,000. We do not recommend this company. We will never do business with Park Ave Kitchen Bath again. We were disgusted by the way Romany handled our affairs and are terribly disappointed with the outcome as his customers. Look for a company who is customer- friendly and transparent. Save your money ... save yourself the heart- ache. Our experience was unforgettable.

I had a fantastic experience with Romany Bassous & his company Park Ave Kitchen& Bath. He has a kind personality and is willing to share his experienced opinion. I have gotten my dream kitchen with a reasonable price and I could not be happier with the results. The workers also did their job efficiently. I would recommend this company to anyone in search for remodeling Kitchens or Baths.

I was very fortunate to hire Park Ave Kitchen & Bath for my Kitchen update. I couldn't be more happy and satisfied with my new and updated kitchen. :) My new kitchen is a piece of Art !!. All of my family and friends who comes over for dinner were impressed by my new kitchen ... WOW .. Is what I hear from everybody, all the time... In Addition, the price was $Thousands$$ less than the closest competitors.. Park Ave Kitchen & Path is by far the best in central Florida. I give it 2 tums up .....

Last year, I had my kitchen redone by Park Ave Kitchen and Bath. It was great experience, absolute work of Art, and total upgrade to my Home. The price was thousands less then every where else, and believe me I shopped around for months. A friend of mine who is an engineer was visiting for dinner, and during dinner he looked at my new kitchen and said" Whoever design these cabinets, is an artist. I strongly recommend Park Ave. Kitchen and Bath for your next project... You will be very pleased, like i was.
