My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The plans that were drawn up were not close to the visual aspect of the house. What was suppose to be a Hugh garage was too small for one car!! Don designed the house to be sitting in the water, then tried to convince us this was the new and upcoming norm!!! Not any of the plans were to scale. The extra space we thought we had turned out to be no space! Due to limited space here I can’t list everything that was wrong. In conclusion, I would NOT recommend Don Parker!!! Our opinion, our experience!!!

Don Parker did an excellent job with our new home build on the water with an emphasis on structural integrity to withstand hurricanes. He is trustworthy, reasonably priced, honest, very easy to talk to, has a good team and is available when needed. I highly recommend Parker Design.

We met Don 2 years ago with ideas to build our dream home. He worked closely with us and our builder to adapt our home plan to our lot. Great attention was placed on preserving the natural landscape and numerous 100+ year old live oaks. Several months into the design, we totally changed plans and adapted a second home plan to the lot.Don was extremely easy to work with and provided excellent and comprehensive plans. He personally visited the site several times before construction and during construction to see how the lines on paper became our home.
