Parrot Bay Pools & Spas

We made our down payment on 5/31/16. Construction didn't begin until 10/19/16. We were told our 20,000 gallon, 111' freeform perimeter, saltwater, gunite pool would be an 8-10 week build (incl natural waterfall, beach entry, heat pump). Our pool wasn't filled with water until 4/11/17. It was converted to the salt water generator on 5/10/17, and here we are the end of July 2017 still dealing with multiple unaddressed or poor craftsmanship/customer service problems. For one: multiple leaks in the waterfall have been "fixed" at least 5 times. It's still leaking, but now it's also lopsided with most of the water falling from one side. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone I know. The lack of communication, lack of prompt follow through, plethora of excuses, and poor subcontractors being the main reasons. (Pictures show leaks in waterfall. The last picture shows the plants PB's workmen crushed and debris left around and in the pool when they left. They also climbed our locked gate to get to the pool...Even though I was home at the time.)

I loved working with Larry and Parrot Bay Pools on my new swimming pool project. The attention to detail that Larry showed us right up front, really sold the project for us. And we can't thank Parrot Bay Pools enough for the beautiful new swimming pool they just built us. I can't wait to the next holiday to show off my new pool to all my buddies.
