Lang Builder's Inc

We built our home with Lange builders several years ago and couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship and quality! People still comment how great our home is built all of the time. I’ve worked with several contractors over the years, and this company was my favorite to work with! The whole process was extremely enjoyable and they really listened to what we wanted. I would recommend them to my closest friends and family members to build their next home.

I feel it necessary to post a comment here for all recent clients of Lang Builders. I built a house with Lang builders in 2002. Been here for 18 years, and over the years have encountered several examples of shoddy work. My dealings with Tim were always great, he seemed a genuine person, who wanted to do a good job....... we had a few issues within the first year, and he dealt with them personally, and seemed upset if the reason for the issue was bad workmanship. I believe the main issue was with the companies that he used for certain aspects of the construction. The plumbing has been an issue from the very start, and pretty much every single house in the neighborhood has had to deal with issues that have proven costly. The window quality and installation has also been a concern for most of the neighborhood. The most recent example of short cuts was the installation of dampers for the ventilation system. I had someone out today to replace one, and he pointed out that one of the dampers has been installed in a place that will require major work to replace when the time comes. It will literally require removal of most of the venting system within the utility room, just to get access to the damper. The cost will be extreme. I know that Tim used friends within the industry when building my home, regardless of their quality of work. My advice to anyone buying a house built by Lang would be to have someone within the industry who they trust, to check the quality of the work.

We know Tim and Paula from church. We saw the good work they did on the pastors residence and decided to ask them to remodel our kitchen and bathroom. Tim did an excellent job coordinating the resources needed to get the work done smoothly, on time and with excellent quality. We were impressed with the professionalism and the craftsmanship of the workers on the job site. It was a pleasure working with Tim and Paula and we love the results.

My wife and I have seen Lang builders homes at Parade of Homes for many years and always said that if we build, Lang builders would be our choice. We got our chance this last year when we asked Tim and Paula to build our first new home. They did an excellent job from start to finish and continue to stand behind their work with any touchups or adjustments. The big difference was the direct access to Tim, Paula and Bob, their architect, throughout the entire process. Questions were always answered promptly they helped guide us through the maze of decisions. The construction was scheduled and completed smoothly. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family.

Lang Builders are an exceptional company to work with! They are extremely professional and help in every way possible throughout the entire process. Lang was very transparent about everything going on and was willing to make adjustments along the way. I would and have highly recommend Lang to many friends and family.

I hired Lang builder for 2 different major projects. The first one was a complete kitchen remodel in 2009 and the second was a 2 car garage with bonus/wine room in 2015/16. Both projects were done ahead of time and on budget. The employees had great work ethic and were very respectful. The workmanship was great! They were very easy to work with. I will hire them again!

We built a new construction home with Lange Builders in early 2016. The experience was very pleasant and we have been extremely happy with the final product. The framing crew and in house finish carpenter we're both efficient and professional. Thank You, Dave & Jamie Young

Lang Builders built our house in 1996 and has done all our remodeling since then! We added a 4 season porch, built on to our laundry room, had our deck and railings redone and our last project was our kitchen remodel and downstairs bathroom remodel. We would not think of using anyone else! They are fair, professional, and do quality work. Now if I can just get my husband to agree on redoing the bathroom upstairs!

We have been in our Lang Builders Inc home for about 8 months now and love it still just as much as the day we moved in and probably more. We were able to design a custom home and include specifics we wanted. Lang Builders Inc was great to work with in all phases of construction from choosing our land to our final walk through and questions that we have had to care for our home. We were able to build our Dream home and love having our children enjoy this beautiful home. We will definitely use Lang Builders again for our future projects (barn, 4 season porch, cabin). Amazing experience!
