My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

Prairie Builders, LLC. is a family-owned construction company that does a variety of construction work, including: custom homes, modular homes, remodels, and commercial construction. Sam, Owner and General Contractor, is an excellent manager and developer. He is a true “people person” and listens to owners’ input to build the right home within the right budget. He also has great relationships with all of his subcontractors and is able to finish projects quickly and on-budget. We've constructed a variety of custom homes that fit any budget and also work with modular home dealers to select, transport, set, and finish modular homes. Sam was very cooperative, patient and eager to work with us. His team delivered the project on time, on budget and saw that everything was complete and functioned correctly. I would have no second thought in hiring him and his team for another project.

Sam, his sons and the rest of the crew, were on time, did not exceed cost estimate, professional, always made things right. Sam acted and projected himself has an honorable man whom I took at his word, rarity in today's world. The crew was hard working and completed their individual tasks to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Prairie Builders to prepare your building site, septic, electrical, plumbing and final grading. My wife and I are happy with our home.

We hired Prairie Builders to put in the foundation for our new home. Sam and his entire team were of the highest quality and trustworthy contractors that we have ever dealt with. They were customer focused and the craftsmanship was outstanding. Great attention to details. Personable to deal with and offered great suggestions on things we had not thought of.
