I cannot say enough good things about Pacific Coast Custom Design. I worked with Eileen, Tom and Trish and they are all amazing- so kind, warm, and dedicated to their work. They practically remodeled my entire house and made it into such a warm functional home. Eileen designed it all and Tom and his team constructed and installed everything. They remodeled my entire kitchen, three bathrooms, the family room and living room, laundry room as well as several bedroom closets. Everything functions perfectly and is so beautiful. I can honestly say I have never worked with such an amazing team before- they are all wonderful. I would not hesitate for one second to work with them again. They get 5 stars from me! Debby

We used Pacific Coast Custom Design on a few occasions…THAT is the most impressive part! It is so difficult to find reliable, trustworthy, crafty, and efficient contractors. They are all that and more!! PREFACE: We were referred to Tom and Eileen from friends that used them for a major home remodel. Our friends were not living in the area at the time, so I interfaced with PCCD a few times and knew they were good people. So, for our friends to recommend them at the end of it all, it’s a huge compliment. PROJECT #1: We needed some nooks filled in with cabinets and drawers, and we also needed shiplap on some walls, and parts of the den built out with desks and office accoutrements. Everything was custom! Everything was perfect! The design, the detail the timeliness of their install. They are so easy to work with and do such a fantastic job. PROJECT #2: We brought them back!! We wanted to upgrade our garage into a faux living space while still incorporating garage-like features. We had them install a sub ceiling with can lights (so we can have a crawl-in attic space to store…lots of things!). We wanted to have a large TV so that this could be an extra viewing space for large sporting events, kids, etc. My wife wanted to do workouts in front of a TV and have a place to put her fitness gear in a tall cabinet. As somebody who likes to tool around and do some woodworking, I needed space for tools and supplies, but did not want everything out in the open. Ultimately what we got was a perfect product! We were able to discreetly conceal typical garage items and have a beautiful, multipurpose space. We get compliments all the time!! We highly highly highly recommend using them for any of your projects! Next time we need something, we’re definitely calling them!

I can say enough about Tom and the crew at Pacific Coast!! I work for Houzz so I was very impressed when we read all of the raving reviews! Then I found out Tom actually lived in my community and was super excited to meet him!! Tom is a true professional! He was so empathetic to that fact that we had an unfortunate flood happen which essentially destroyed our kitchen. It was a very traumatic experience. Once we met Tom and he made us feel like we are family we knew he was the one for us. He sent over his lovely designer Marie who helped put our ideas to life on paper! She is a true Gem!! Tom was going to get this kitchen back in shape and gorgeous the quickest way possible and he delivered!! He told us we would be up and running in 8 weeks and no joke I think it was literally to the day he finished!! The finished product is absolutely gorgeous and the kitchen of our dreams

My wife and I hired Eileen, Tom, and Trish from Pacific Coast Custom Design to help us remodel our condo in Corona Del Mar. Bottom-line they are the best from start to finish. This was a remodel of our 2nd home that is 6 hours away. The entire process was great. Eileen worked with my wife and I to design our beach condo that is so unique and special we just love it. Trish worked tirelessly to make sure everything we ordered arrived on time and Tom is an amazing hands-on general contractor. Eileen, Tom and Trish are now part of the family. After a remodel, sometimes the relationship can become soured, not ours. We are all on a group chat and they continue to help keep an eye on the condo when we need them to look at something. If you want to do a remodel in the Newport area, they are the ones to call. We talked to 6 different contractors and from the moment we met with Eileen, we felt so comfortable with her and she saw the vision we had for the condo and helped to make it even better. During the remodel which took about 4 months, the communication was great, and they continued to go above and beyond. I remember when I did a reference check, one client said they were “too good to be true” and that sums it up about Pacific Coast Custom Design. What I also like about PCCD, is they are a small family owned business, not some big company, so you get personalized service and the finish work is beautiful. All I can say is hire them.

I love my new kitchen!!! They did the best cabinets I could’ve ever asked for. They had everything planned and organized and came in efficiently to complete the project which was great having small kids at home. Their design team has great ideas and insight and help me to plan out the remodel well. They’ve been doing this for over 20 years and they made sure every detail was covered, I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was in such good hands with them. They found everything within my price point and got it exactly how I wanted it to look. They also did some wonderful tile work on the backsplash. They have some very talented employees that do wonderful work. I love them so much I’m planning on rehiring them to do my fireplace and my master bathroom. Thank you PCC!

I can't say enough about both the work and the staff of PCCD. We had them remodel much of our living room, our bedroom and one of our bathrooms. They were very professional, left the areas clean after they finished and the work was beautiful. The biggest thing for me was that they listened to us, which anyone whose had work done knows is a big deal. We are very happy in our beautiful home now and I highly recommend them.

We were so happy with the first job PCCD did for us that we asked them to take on a second project. This time it was custom cabinets for a kitchen, butler pantry, wet bar and two powder rooms. We can't say enough complementary things about Eileen's and Emily's attention to detail. They know what they're doing, and they're good at it. We didn't know exactly what type of finish we wanted for the kitchen and butler pantry, and after some collaboration at the shop, Trish suggested the perfect finish. It was complicated with many steps, but the result is so worth it. Eileen and Emily designed walnut panels for the refrigerator and wine storage that transformed the appliances into beautiful pieces of furniture. Even though our refrigerator can be seen from the front entry of our open concept modern farmhouse, no one realizes it's a refrigerator. For my powder rooms, Eileen and Emily designed walnut vanity pieces that look like well preserved antiques. They are just what we envisioned. To top it off, Tom and crew delivered a high quality, well-built beautiful product and performed expert installation. For many reasons, this was a complicated project and PCCD, once again, didn't disappoint. They are all wonderfully nice people -- a joy to work with. We'd definitely call them again, if they'd have us!
