Unique Dwelling

I am remodeling my kitchen. Unique Dwelling came to my home and measured the kitchen. They explained options and listened to my wants and must haves. I visited the showroom to select cabinetry and countertop. I have received 3 different plans as my contractor and myself come up with concerns. I am very pleased with the attention and service.

We had no idea what to do to make our house better, John and Jaimie gave us options and that’s what we needed. They are up to date professional and a pleasure to work with.

We hired Unique Dwelling to design an addition in September 2017. We added a great room, master suite, outdoor living area and a 3 car garage. We have no prior experience with construction and had no idea what to except or where to even begin. John and Jamie walked us through the process from design to decor. The computer generated drawings were amazing. Jamie was amazing with the interior design and even went furniture shopping with us in Denver. We love our new home and would recommend this company to others that are considering building.

I cannot say enough good things about Unique Dwelling. I worked with Jamie and John for close to 2 years through the large-scale remodel of our house. Jamie always responded to me quickly and was able to help me through all of the details which I thought were overwhelming. You will not find a more professional designer--she was up to any task. I work upwards of 80 hours a week and having Jamie's help was truly the only way I was going to be able to tackle this project. She went to pick out tile and counter tops with me and honestly towards the end, I just had her start choosing items and she had a very good understanding of my style.

John and his staff is great to work with! He is listens to what your ideas are and understands them. After telling him what we wanted, he built our dream home on paper right away. We really had no changes that needed to be done which ultimately saved us money! John was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend Unique Dwelling if you are looking at building a new home.

Pekarek's Building Designs was recommended to us by a family member and we couldn't be more pleased. They were very open to the ideas we had for our addition, and took that and turned it into a beautiful design. We have a 4 year old daughter that has Cerebral Palsy, so we came with some unique needs. They did lots of research and gave us many different ideas on how our addition could make it easier to care for her. They made the whole process easier because they were also able to help us design our rooms with cabinetry and counter tops that helped get the look we wanted, plus making it very usable. John, Jamie and their whole staff were always very professional, and very personable. We also have many compliments on our addition, and that speaks volumes. Eventually we plan to remodel some of our existing house, to make it easier for our daughter to get around, and I know that we will return to Pekarek's for recommendations.
