Perfect Tile is an excellent company. Ron makes sure everything is completed as described and on time. He remodeled our master bath and our guest room bath flawlessly. I could not ask for a better job. Recommend them highly.

Ron Eckburg of Perfect Tile remodeled my master bathroom and installed floor tiles in the house. The tile spacing was supposed to be 1/8” but he installed them touching each other in the living room and master bedroom To “fix” the spacing issue he used a hand-held saw with a diamond blade to open the grout lines. As a result, he damaged 150 and now the tile edges are chipped and rough. This is what he proposed to “fix” chipped tiles: “”My plan is to remove the damaged tiles, clean them and polish the chipped edge with dry polish wheel, approx 220 grit. Then re-install. This process will remove a minimal amount of material, less than 1/16.”” If you know anything about tile installation you have to know that what he proposed is a complete nonsense. Removing tiles without breaking them? In the shower he installed pebbles on the floor that slope away from the drain, did not seal the shower wall tiles, did not install the shower glass enclosure and one of the shower walls has a hump in the middle. He reinstalled that wall with the same hump in the same spot!!!Ron Eckburg of Perfect Tile illegally performed plumbing tasks, painting and illegally contracted for a mirror removal. The Arizona ROC issued a warning letter to him regarding his illegal work outside of his license.Even when I asked, he did not inform me that he does not have a plumbing license. He abandoned the work on 09.18.2019. And as of 10.21.2020, he refuses to fix his mistakes and finish the job.

Ron transformed our outdated, crummy bathrooms into beautiful living spaces. He's the consummate professional: Honest in his estimates. Creatively helpful in remodeling design. Dependable in his work itinerary. Thoughtful about cleaning up and accommodating customer needs. Always friendly and upbeat, even with kids and the dog. I'd recommend Perfect Tile to anyone who asks.

Ron was able to distill want we wanted and remodeled our bathrooms into exactly what we hoped for. We then decided to redo all our floors and called Perfect Tile again. Returned from vacation two weeks later to a finished project, clean house (no dust), and happy wife. Very reasonable, professional, and knowledgeable. Our highest recommendation.

Ron worked with us providing several options for re-tiling (and new base) for our home. He is also working with us to remodel our master bath (tub, shower, vanities, sinks, etc). Due to scheduling constraints on our end, this project is only partially completed, but he is the consummate professional providing valuable insights and guidance regarding materials quality and availability as well as installation options. Ron and his crew removed old tile and carpet, installed all new tile, remodeled the master bath and updated the guest bath. Everything was done to perfection, completed on time and the construction site cleaned. I would definitely hire them again.
