Kazco is the most honest and skilled contractors we've ever worked with. We brought Kazco in after a nightmare experience with another company that had just completed an expensive brand-new bathroom for us -- they installed the shower pan incorrectly, leading to a leak. We were upset, confused, and unsure what to do next. Peter and Valdy gave us a very reasonable quote to fix the issue, which involved tearing out the entire shower area and removing the glass panel. They handled it flawlessly, the rebuild was done with the Schluter system, and their attention to detail was outstanding. They also took great care to protect the rest of the bathroom, keeping everything clean and undamaged. You literally cannot tell it was ever ripped out and redone! We then hired them for a second bathroom remodel, and that turned out excellent as well. They expanded the space by expanding to an adjoining closet and offered thoughtful recommendations on layout and potential challenges. The result was better than we ever imagined. What makes Kazco special isn’t just their exceptional workmanship -- it’s the peace of mind they bring. When unexpected problems popped up (as they always do in any home renovation), they never cut corners or deflected responsibility. They were proactive, honest, and took care of the issues every step of the way. After the emotional toll from our previous contractor, Peter and Valdy stepped in during a really stressful time and made things right. Knowing they had our back meant everything, we never had to worry once they were involved. We could not have been happier with Kazco's full master suite remodel! They were professional, timely, knowledgeable, and courteous! We honestly enjoyed having them in the house everyday, and they did a fantastic job keeping the work site and the rest of our house clean. While other contractors were skeptical of our design, Valdy and Peter worked with us to make our complex bathroom a reality. Their work showed great attention to detail and technical expertise. They had helpful suggestions and communicated clearly with us at every decision point. We will be hiring them for future work in our home, and cannot recommend them strongly enough!

Review: We hired them last spring to replace our decrepit and unsafe deck. They provided a reasonable estimate, were very pleasant people. They told us it would take a month or two to get to it because they were busy. Called them in August to get a timeline. They said 1 or 2 months again. Then in October as it got colder and the ground got harder I called again. Only then did they say they would not be able to do it because they were too busy. So, we waited 6 months for them then they backed out. If we had known that that was a possibility we would have hired someone else but we forced to continue using our unsafe deck for another year because of them. So be careful with them. I recommend getting a signed contract before hiring them

Valdy and Peter were absolutely fantastic to work with and we can't recommend them enough. They were thorough, thoughtful, and were real partners to us on our complete kitchen renovation. They consistently went above and beyond especially as we worked through issues that were the fault of other parties (e.g. the cabinet designer) and always had a "make it work" attitude as they seemed to want us to have an amazing final product as much as we did. We also had the work done during Covid and Valdy and Peter were so respectful of our home and safety, especially as we had a toddler running around! Seriously, just hire these guys, they're both amazing professionals and just great people, we know we'll call them again for several more projects to come!

These guys are the best of the best. This master bathroom remodel is the second project that they've done for us and we couldn't be more pleased. They are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They walked us through what they were going to do every day and provided some great design consultation. Their workmanship is absolutely outstanding and they met every deadline on the project. Both Valdi and Peter are delightful to work with. Kazco Construction is an outstanding construction company from beginning to the end of a project. They are extremely detail oriented and ensured we got the bathroom remodel we expected. After working with them a very short time my husband and I knew we had made the right choice to go with them on our remodel. They were excellent at keeping us informed every step of the way. They are now doing some work with a member of our family at their home. I would highly recommend them. We will never use another construction company for any of our future needs after working with Kazco. Their pricing is also very realistic.

Kazco constructed a large deck for us. At our first interview with them they gave us some suggestions of things we might have them do differently, from our initial request. We got three bids. Their's was the lowest, and much lower than the highest bid. We awarded the contract to them. They started work on schedule, and worked vigorously until they finished. The deck is BEAUTIFUL! Their invoice agreed with the bid. They finished the job on schedule. Throughout the job they were highly knowledgeable and professional. The quality of their work was outstanding! We are THRILLED with our new deck, and HIGHLY recommend Kazco!

Excellent workmanship! No surprises! Kazco remodeled our kitchen in August of 2017 and did a fantastic job! We did a complete tear out and everything new put back in. They are trustworthy and we left them alone in the house with no problem! Everything was completed on time and they did everything we had asked for with the budget we had decided on in the beginning, no surprises of extra $$ at the end of the project. We are very happy with all of the work including the flooring and the backsplash subway tile, No mistakes to fix!! We love our new kitchen and we recommend Kazco to all of our friends. We plan on having them remodel our bathrooms in the future.
