Beautiful showroom, great help with design, on time delivery, and excellent installers! Did a total kitchen redo and looks beautiful! All questions or concerns answered and handled right away and the installers were always early or on time, and very unobtrusive, neat and polite. Project finished ahead of time and we would use KBW again in a heartbeat. One issue was receipt of a damaged cabinet which they rectified right away and are replacing. Thanks Sara, Jim, Ed and Matt!

This company provides total service. Design, materials, and crews to complete your job. They recently completed our kitchen remodel and the work done by the crew was top notch (after the L shaped island was installed, we asked if it could be moved 6 inches - without hesitation the crew disassembled the pieces, moved them and reassembled per our request!). The cabinets were all that we had hoped for and the owner and designer were on site several times to ensure our satisfaction with the job. Highly recommend them and we hope to use them for a bath remodel if we win! I have included the before and after pics.

Solar Scholar

Kitchen and bath world renovated our kitchen in the beginning of this year. They have their own contractors which is a plus for us since we didn't have to look for one. Their contractors are neat and did a great job of cleaning up after each work days. Their designer, Sarah is very knowledgeable and very patient to all of our requests. She helped us to choose the right materials/components that fit our taste and budget. Kitchen and bath world also stands by their warranty and promises. There was a water leak incident after they installed our dishwasher - the water leak damaged part of our hardwood floor and kitchen and bath world promptly to fix and replace the damaged hardwood floor. We are pleased with their service. Highly recommended!

I worked with Kitchen and Bath world on my bathroom remodel because it is a small space and i knew that it would benefit from a professional designers expertise. I was concerned that I wouldn't get the best service because I was doing the work myself and it wasn't a huge sale for them. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the design team was. They never questioned my plan or tried to sell me on $800 faucets. I am very happy with the design they provided and the materials I purchased from them. I would highly recommend them to anyone regardless of the size/scope or budget for your project.
