Thank you PGC Building for the excellent work your team did on my bathroom remodel project. The entire team was very professional and worked so hard on this project! I am very happy with my new bathroom! The employee's were friendly and very respectful to me whenever I was home. We bought our little Bend Mill House in 2016 located within the heart of the River West neighborhood. We always knew we would rent until we were ready to knock the existing 100 year old structure down and build a new home. We interviewed several builders before deciding on PGC. Their family style approach was truly inviting and Ed Bush the owner was a straight shooter from day one. We finalized everything contractually in 2020 and started the demolition and new construction in April. From day one Ed was very communicative and with any new build, the process was quite fluid to say the least. When we were faced with small and large challenges, he gave his best recommendations from his experience and every time it worked out not only in his favor but ours also. Since this was a pandemic build, one could only imagine the supply chain issues we were faced with along the way. Each time though, we faced them together in true partnership form and every issue was eventually resolved to our complete satisfaction. From scheduling to accurate billing, his entire team was professional with the upmost dedication towards customer service. Our house on the exterior is the marvel of the neighborhood (as we are told by many passers by) and the interior finishes are breathtaking as all the subs he partners with, followed the PGC mantra of custom finishes means total customer satisfaction and no room for any errors. All in all, Ed and team was a blessing to us and we cannot be more happy with our new dream home in the Cascades. Therefore, if you want it done right the first time and most importantly on time, call the PGC team and experience the difference for yourself. You'll be very glad you did!

Ed and his team were great. They collaborated with us on design and made suggestions on areas to save money. It was a large project in which they reconfigured the original floor plan, added a second story, remodeled the kitchen and updated 3 bathrooms. Everything was done on budget and completed within a month of the original date.

We recently remodeled our home in Sunriver and hired PGC as our Contractor. From the initial meeting with Ed Busch, the owner of PGC, and Martha Murray our interior designer, we were very comfortable with the design and the process. Both PGC and Martha were fantastic and we are so pleased with the end result. The quality of the work, the thinking outside the box on different design options, communications and timelines from PGC were excellent. There were cost increases and timeline delays from the original budget but these were increases due to options that we chose along the way. Working with PGC was excellent and I would do so again.

I'm a new homeowner and I want to do a variety of projects to remodel my house over time. I signed up with PGC to do a small project to replace a window with a sliding door, being VERY clear with them that my priority was getting it in quickly, and that I would have other projects that would follow. They said there was a 3 week lead time on the door and they would fit my project in between larger projects after that. 2 weeks later, I got a followup indicating that they hadn't ordered the door with a lousy excuse about the "door guy" being on vacation. I asked for a commitment on timing on the installation to proceed, and they said 1st week of September. I said fine, waited a week, didn't hear anything, asked for a followup, and they responded with another slip in the schedule, changing the install time to 2 weeks - 7X as long as the 2 days I was quoted. I responded, copying Ed on my e-mail to let him know that I was totally unsatisfied with the level of communication and commitment to the expectations they had set with me. That was two weeks ago, and I haven't heard back from either Ed or Elizabeth who is the project coordinator to follow up on ANY aspect of the project.

It was a pleasure working with Ed and Devin. They understood what we wanted and had very creative and technically sound suggestions. They hire very good people and it is reflected in the end product. It is beautiful!

We hired Ed Busch, PGC General Contractor, and his team to do a total master bath remodel. It was a pleasure to work with them. Ed always returned calls in a timely manner and made himself available for onsite consultation when needed. He and his crew showed up for work when promised, and did their best to keep dust and disruption to a minimum. Our project did exceed original time and budget estimates, but that was mainly owing to unforeseen circumstances and changes we made during construction. If you are interested in remodeling, rather than new construction, it's nice to find a company like PGC that specializes in it. Ed has a "can do" attitude. He is not put off by the surprises that seem to be an inevitable part of any remodeling project, and he works to come up with creative solutions. Ed's professionalism and in-depth knowledge of construction is something you would expect in any reputable contractor, but he also enjoys the design process and has an eye for detail. This is a quality not always found in general contractors, and we considered it a bonus. It was a pleasure to work with someone who understood our vision and did his best to help us achieve the style and function we'd hoped for. Ed Busch and crew did a quality job for us, and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. We love our beautiful master bath!

We hired PGC to do a custom remodel on our entire house and couldn't be happier with the results. While there were a myriad of challenges to overcome due to the age of the house and the number of "surprises" we encountered during the process, the professionalism and ability to overcome stood above all. The workmanship was top notch and the communication was beyond expectations. To be able to still call your contractor a friend after the completion of a remodel is a rare feat indeed. I would not hesitate to recommend my friends at PGC for a project of any size or scope.

PGC was responsible for a major master bedroom suite remodel on our Bend, Oregon home. Ed Busch and his team are highly professional and very talented. We are very happy with the results, and how they were able to engineer a difficult plumbing job and make everything work and look beautiful. We would definitely hire them again!

We chose PGC Building + Design over the two other contractors we interviewed for our remodel because Ed Busch of PGC brought innovation to the job. He suggested simple changes to our home that, in retrospect, made significant improvements to the final product. He had the vision that neither we nor the other guys had. The quality of PGC’s work is outstanding because they employ only superior workmen. The job was very well managed with weekly photos taken by the office manager to document completion percentages, final costs were within budget, and, if they don’t pick up when you call, they call you right back. It’s worth a lot in just piece of mind that they stay in touch all the time. You owe it to yourself to go with PGC.

We interviewed several companies before choosing PGC for a full remodel of our 23 year old Bend home. The scope of work was monumental, so much so we almost considered tearing it down. We’re so happy we made the decision to trust Ed Busch and his sense of design; our completed remodel is fantastic and exceeded our very high expectations. Ed and his team improved our floor plan, added windows, moved doors, took down walls, reconfigured spaces to add walk in closets in all bedrooms, created a walk in shower in master bath, moved laundry upstairs, trimmed out all windows, added central heat and air, a totally new kitchen, baths and flooring throughout. It’s now a brand new beautiful house. Through-out the project Ed and his team listened to our ideas followed up on every question and delivered outstanding quality. Our home remodel experience was so favorable we contacted Ed a year later and asked him to design and build a two car detached garage that would complement the look of our new home. Like our home, it turned out awesome. We would not hesitate to use PGC again in the future and have recommended Ed and his team to friends and neighbors.

We could not have found a better company than PGC to carry out our extensive home remodeling. We had walls removed, ceilings lifted, all floors replaced, all bathrooms redone, and a new kitchen installed. Ed Busch's team is innovative, professional and reliable. We did not yet live in Oregon when the work took place (worked with a designer who supervised and advised). The work was finished when promised, so we were able to move into a completely "new" space. I could not recommend PGC more. Furthermore, some small finishing touches were done immediately when I called..This is very important to me. PGC can be counted on.
