Hi Jason, I was very pleased with the gutter work that you folks did for me in Bedford. That young man, I understand that he is a member of the original Phillips family, he as outstanding, very pleasant, I got to know him as we talked as he was installing, always focused on the job. Kept him supplied with cold water, it was a hot day. Even ran into a few yellow jackets, said nothing, just continued with the installation to its complete satisfaction. He even went to the extra courtesy, of adding a drainage spout as a surprise, instead of using the flexible drainage spout, that was included in the original proposal, what an nice touch! Customer satisfaction is the best from my experience, and I will certainly recommend :Phillips Home Improvement to my neighborhood net work, with over 3,700 homes. 2 different projects. 1: New roof. A+ job quick and professional, didn't even find many nails in my yard afterwards 2. Siding on the outside left side of my house. A+++++ The 2 guys who did this work were amazing. Went above and beyond. Amazing quality and was done quickly.

I have used Phillips multiple times and have always received outstanding service. Projects have included exterior and interior painting and gutter replacement. The finished product was always perfect, everything completed as desired, all repairs in the process of completing each job easily accommodated, and all completion dates met and often early. Preparation work such as covering floors, furniture and taping to the finest detail were accomplished. The latest, interior painting, was no exception. Highly recommended.

Phillips stained our pool deck and did a great job. Rodrigo, the lead technician, was extremely professional and helpful. He explained the procedure, detailed the timeline, and kept me informed as the project went along. The deck looks very god and I would certainly recommend Phillips to anyone.

I hired Phillips to install some guttering on my house. I am very pleased with how the projected turned out. My house was built in the early 1990s, and it had limited guttering already. I wanted to add some on certain portions of the house. The salesman met me and we walked through my requirements. he didn't do any high-pressure sales to include gutter guards or add more guttering. Once I agreed to the terms, the project was scheduled and completed in a timely fashion.

Came out quickly to give a quote. While the quote was more expensive than others, I have heard wonderful things about Phillips. The crew did a wonderful and professional job.

Painting service were okay however everything else was a MAJOR headache-They ran behind schedule, left our house in complete disrepair, and damaged our BRAND NEW floors "moving (aka dragging)" furniture. We repeatedly were assured that the project would be done on time (they quoted 4-5 days). As we have company coming this weekend. They sent one guy to paint the entire interior of our 2000+ sq ft; 4 story home. He worked really hard but 4-5 days for a single person job is insane. The third day, they sent two other people (one "supervisor" and one guy who's job appeared to be sweeping up). They left at like 7 pm at night and still had to spend the entire day Saturday in the house painting. The true disappointment was the condition in which they left our house. Despite their claim to "move furniture" ALL OF OUR STUFF WAS LEFT IN THE CENTER OF THE ROOMS AND/OR SHOVED IN WHATEVER CLOSET, CABINET, OR DRAWER WAS HANDY. When we came home on Saturday, I almost cried. It literally took all of Sunday to put everything in semi-back together but even a 5 days later, I'm still finding stuff in random drawers. The other issue which their claim to moving furniture is that obviously the one guy can't do it properly and did a lot of dragging of couches etc on our wood/stained concrete floors and left a couple pretty serious marks to prove it (brand new house so we don't really have to guess if gouges are new or not...we paid for professional moves and inspected after move in). On top of that, he left, paint residue in pretty much all of the sinks from washing out his brushes, the hose on in the back, took the house key. When we called to complain their solution was to offer $150 bucks (less than 2%) discount to "pay for a cleaner". My husband accepted and paid the bill so that we wouldn't have to deal with them anymore but that obviously doesn't compensate or cover the damage to the floors or the cost if we had someone come and move furniture back into place. Go else or do it yourself...not worth the 6K headache here.

We had the exterior wood painted and also our kitchen cabinets painted. Although we are happy with the work done we were disappointed that there was no follow-up by the company nor any supervision provided to the workers painting our cabinets.

We've used Phillips on multiple occasions over the course of 5 years or so. We've used them for exterior painting, roofing and gutters, and interior painting. They have always been professional, reasonably priced, and get the work done in the timeframe they say they will. Only one time did we have any issue, and it was minor, and they were out the next day to fix it without any questions asked. We've recommended Phillips on several occasions, and will continue to use them as needed.

We hired this company primarily to do our roof because of a hailstorm. We also had them do the gutters. They repainted the exterior of our home within that same project. We were very pleased with all aspects of the project and have referred them to others. They have now painted two of our neighbors homes. They operate with old fashioned principles and that is refreshing. All of the laborers were delightful to work with. We will refer them again and we will use them again.
