We’ve been burned by remodeling contractors in the past—missed deadlines, poor workmanship, and over-promises. So when we needed to remodel our kitchen, we returned to Phx Home Remodeling, who had done a fantastic job on our bathroom a few years ago. From planning to execution, the experience was smooth and professional. Nicole did an amazing job designing our dream kitchen—she nailed the materials and layout just by reviewing our inspiration photos. Communication was excellent throughout, with quick responses via BuilderTrend, text, and phone. Steve led the construction and exceeded expectations. He kept the space clean, kept us informed daily, and thoughtfully solved any special requests along the way. His craftsmanship and work ethic really stood out and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Midway through, we added a fireplace remodel and had all the baseboards on our first level replaced - both were handled seamlessly. Kudos to Lupe for the tile work and Dean for the baseboard installation and work on the cooktop hood. We were absolutely thrilled with the final result and got the dream kitchen we had hoped for. The entire team was skilled, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. We can, without hesitation, give Phx Home Remodeling our highest recommendation.

This company is incredible!!!! I do my homework when it comes to home remodeling and renovation (I learned the hard way). I chose this company after a TON of research and I am so glad that I did. This is a small family company that is run by two brothers. They are honest, personable, and fantastic communicators AND listeners! I had the company remodel our bathroom and turn our guest room into an ensuite. The first part of the job was measuring, then designing, and then they started work. The designer was wonderful! She helped my vision come to life in ways that I really did not expect were possible. I wanted my bathroom to have a claw foot tub, tiled shower with frosted glass, gold accents everywhere, and the entire space to feel like a Mediterranean palace. I also wanted to do it on a budget...yeah :). They delivered to an extent that I cannot even describe with words. I wanted a steam shower but could not afford the plumbing costs to install it. They took the frosted glass to the ceiling and created a "window" at the top that opens and closes to keep in and release steam depending on the position that you put it in. I got my steam shower but without the higher cost! They found me the most gorgeous tub and it absolutely fit my vision and blended perfectly with all other aspects of the bathroom. When I told them that I wanted sinks from Morocco, mirrors from Turkey, and drawer and cabinet pulls off of Etsy - they told me to pick what I wanted and send them the specs. There was no discouragement related to making things work. They were constantly willing to alter and change plans based on my "finds" and "whims" :). The designer would even contact me with her own "finds" that she felt I would like. She would often do this well outside of working hours. Everything I wanted was considered and they actively sought high quality items that fit my budget. They also turned our guest room into an ensuite and I was worried about the cost since I had just done the bathroom. They basically would ask me: 1) what do you want to do? 2) what do you ideally want to spend? Once I talked to them about that, they would tell me costs and give me options. For example, they would say if I cut this out or did the project in this other way then it would reduce costs by X dollars and I would still basically get what I want. They would ask what I might be negotiable on and what I had to have and then they always made it happen! Let me add, I know that people say to never tell your number because contractors will take advantage, etc. My experience was not like that at all. They offered me so many options and worked so closely with me on price in order to ensure that my vision was accomplished but within my budget. If you are looking to do remodels or renovations, THIS IS YOUR COMPANY!

These folks are incredible! Worth every penny. They tout their process and for good reason- they hit every date and delivered an awesome product. The designer was helpful, the costs easy to understand. Every person I worked with was conscientious, on time, very communicative, and did good work. Special shout out to Steve, super nice guy

We have nothing but great things to say about our primary bath remodel. From the get-go PHR over-communicated to let us know when things were happening, when things were being ordered, when workers would be at our house, and the timeline from beginning to end. The workers at our house were polite and professional. We would use Phoenix Home Remodeling for future projects without hesitation.

We hired PHR to redo a guest bath tub/shower and to completely redo our master bathroom. We understood how important it was when renovating a shower to have highly qualified professionals do the work. We had a wonderful experience with this company. They helped us design and remodel our guest bath and master bath. Their website has a lot of great information, which is what attracted us to them in the first place. The initial phone call was informative and honest. Everyone we have interacted with has been courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The communication was exceptional! We always knew when they were coming and who. They had a timeline and stuck to it. We also felt like they had our best interests in mind when last minute design changes had to be made. The bathrooms both turned out beautifully and we are extremely happy with the process and the result.

PHX home remodeling was great for our home remodel. I have never had an easier experience working with a GC. Mark was knowledgeable, experienced, timely, easy going and had great ideas. Working with PHX home remodeling you get the added bonus of working with a designer to ease the stress of trying to pick everything yourself and to minimize having to drive around to a bunch of different suppliers to make choices. Rebekah helped zero in our style and helped us make fabulous choices; we trusted her opinion immensely. Lupe, Chris, and Garron our tile installers (aka tile artists) were excellent and worked quickly but with much attention to detail. They truly enjoy their craft. Demo and touch ups were a breeze with Aaron and Steve at the helm and any inconveniences living amidst a remodel were kept to a minimum by our Project Manager Ben. I don't have future projects in store for our house in Phoenix but do for our home in Prescott. I wished I could take the PHX Home Remodeling team with me to that project but Rodrigo did offer to provide any advice I may need on that project even though it's way out of the scope of reach. Truly a very professional and thoughtful team.

Before we hired PHR, we read their reviews and couldn’t imagine any company could be that good. But they really are. The process, planning, and management are a marvel. The people are a delight - thoughtful, professional, and truly excellent at what they do. No surprises - except the good kind. We honestly never imagined being this happy with the results of our shower and bath remodel given our design constraints. Thank you Ben for getting us oriented. We contracted Phoenix Home Remodeling (PHR) to do three (much needed) bathroom remodels for us. Prior, we had several contractors in the area visit and provide quotes. What we found was none of the other contractors could meet all our expectations, except PHR. Phoenix Home Remodeling did a remodel for my parents last year to make their master bathroom more functional and more accessible. The end product turned out wonderful and was exactly what we were looking for! This year I had Phoenix Home Remodel come out to my home to update my master bathroom and create a more functional space. We had three bathrooms that were old and outdated. One of our bathrooms was so bad, mu kids dreaded using the old rusty showers. After the remodeling of the bathrooms, my kids now are proactive in using the showers. The new showers are luxurious. During the remodeling, they were very considerate about keeping the house very clean during the work. The cost was very reasonable too. I highly recommend Phoenix Remodeling.

We had Phoenix Home Remodeling completely renovate our master bathroom (09/2021), a guest bathroom (12/2021), and do some touch ups in the kitchen; a backsplash, and trim around the fireplace. The process was so organized from the beginning to end, step-by-step, leaving nothing left out that we wanted to do or needed to be done. The design team was so organized and relied on what our vision was and came up with suggestions, options, colors, etc., even down to the toilet paper holder. If we had an idea they would let us know if it could be done, or if there was another choice. They really relied on what we wanted. The tile work was perfection, and I do mean perfection. The tile installer knew exactly what design would work and what would not. He came up with the best idea for both our showers that to this day we can't get over that these are our bathrooms. They also recommended a treatment for the tile/glass that makes it extremely easy to clean. The demolition process was so easy. They took their time and made sure that underneath the walls nothing was out of the ordinary and if it was they let us know and advised the best way to proceed with fixing anything. The new faucets and shower fixtures were installed with ease. Off and on through the process, it was inspected to make sure everything was going as planned and things were being fixed as needed and if we didn't like something they fixed it. Their attention in making sure we were happy with the project was superior every step of the way. Their professionalism and work ethic was outstanding. The contractors were all friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and we loved having them in our home. We are more than thankful for the entire crew and management of Phoenix Home Remodeling in making our projects what we dreamed of.

PHR was truly incredible to work with from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with our final product - 3 beautiful new bathrooms - but, also with the entire process and team. They were efficient, fair, trustworthy, communicative and SO easy to work with. Amazing experience with Phoenix Home Remodeling. We bought a home and needed to have it completely remodeled. We remodeled the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, knocked thru 2 walls to add pass thrus, added a huge linen closet and turned empty space into a closet. We got multiple quotes and PHR was not only most professional but their prices were reasonable. They had great ideas. I told them about my timeline and they were so accommodating to get it done on time. They were excellent at communication and ensuring things were done the way we liked and giving suggestions along the way. Their work was top notch! They did the little detail oriented things and it is so appreciated. The end result was absolutely perfect! Simply Awesome! We reached out to Phoenix Home Remodeling to get our fireplace remodeled, a light fixture replaced, and one fan replaced with a light fixture as well as the electrical being moved to a different spot. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome! The house we purchased came with an old wood fireplace that simply didn’t fit our style anymore. Since we don’t really need the heat, we decided to go with an electric fireplace, and let me tell you - best decision ever. We anticipated that we would love looking at it, but I would have never expected that we would use it as much as we have been. We had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Every step of the process was highly professional and super customer focused. Everyone we met was amazing, friendly, respectful, and super knowledgable. Every member of the team respected our schedules, our home, and our pets, and they made sure that we are well informed about every step of the process. Amazing level of communication! We loved the initial assessment to see if the partnership is a fit on both sides, and also really enjoyed the design component and the insider knowledge that everyone involved brought to the table. Very transparent and upfront, which is something I personally very much appreciate and value. I have rarely seen any contractors who communicate as much as Jeremy’s team, work as reliable, and clean up to the point that you could barely tell that anything was being done. They have an amazing crew and I highly recommend hiring them for your next remodel, you will absolutely not regret it. After working with Jeremy and his team on my master bath remodel, I can honestly say I wouldn't look elsewhere for future projects. Every person we worked with throughout the process was 100% professional and a pleasure to work with. The initial estimates were extremely detailed and we knew exactly what to expect, which made our first big remodel much less intimidating. The Project Manager had great attention to detail, made helpful suggestions, and ensured that everything was completed on time. The designer was super helpful and didn't blink an eye when I made some off-the-wall changes (like a bright blue vanity!). The tile expert, knowing I was a little nervous about the grout color, even did a small sample and called me over to take a final look to make sure everything was perfect. These guys were excellent on every front. They were always on time, very considerate, easy to work with when you run into issues, and outstanding quality. The entire team was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, reasonably priced and fabulous to work with. Loved the app to track the whole process, loved when Mark was able to explain my vision to plumbers, glass, tile and the many other trades that we were working with. Phoenix Home Remodeling far exceeded our expectations! We remodeled our master math and partial remodel of two other bathrooms. The process was so smooth and the entire team made something that can be very stressful into a project that was enjoyable. We have worked with Phoenix Home Remodeling on a few jobs recently and are really impressed by their renovation work. I’ve seen their bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels and other interior remodel work. Their attention to detail on these renos is fantastic. Phoenix Home Remodeling recently remodeled our kitchen and dining room. This remodel included removing an interior wall and replacing flooring on multiple levels of our home. The communication was amazing, there was never a delay in any response to our questions along the way, and we were always told what time people would be showing up to work on things for the day. Our project stayed on budget (aside from the items we chose to upgrade) and it finished on time. They were generally working on our home 6 days a week. I had heard so many horror stories about remodeling prior to this project, so I was truly shocked that Phoenix Home Remodeling actually exceeded my expectations! We will be updating our bathrooms within the next couple of years and there’s absolutely no question that we will be working with PHR again.

I don't have a ton of experience with remodels (this was our first) but I can't imagine the process being any smoother. The Phoenix Home Remodeling team is a well oiled machine. They kept our fairly substantial remodel (flooring, 3 bathrooms, Kitchen, Paint and more) on time and on budget. Even after we added a large amount of scope to the project (decided to do all 3 bathrooms) they still finished the project within a week of their original estimate. The quality was outstanding, but their communication was even better. I text Ben (PM) regularly through the process and they always kept me up to date which helped a ton. As it is with most things, you get what you pay for, and hiring Phoenix Home remodeling is a decision I would make over and over. They might not be the cheapest option, but they are undoubtedly the best. I hope this review is helpful for anyone looking to get their home remodeled. This is definitely the company to hire.
