Charles with Pleasure Pools replaced my old fiberglass pool 19 years ago and replaced it with an amazing gunite pool with an added spa. I am very happy with the pool that Charles at Pleasure Pools to perfection. The pool is still looking Great today as it did when finished 19 years ago. Charles was present every day during the construction from sunrise to sunset with his excellent team that does phenomenal work, cleaned up the site every day, and takes obvious pride in doing the right job for me and my family to provide many years of enjoyment. Charles and his team were personable, professional, and persistent in building my pool. I would give a 10 Star rating on a scale of 5 to Charles and his team at Pleasure Pools. I recommend Charles with Pleasure Pools to anyone building a pool. Charles and his Pleasure Pool Team are definitely the Best of the Best! Dennis Vicars

We had a very specific style of pool in mind and Pleasure was able to design and complete pretty much exactly what we wanted. The pool was finished as our new home was very near completion and they were very conscientious of getting the timing right considering there was still work being done on the house, landscaping, fencing, etc. We worked with Kevin on the design and pricing aspects of our pool. Kevin did a good job and was patient with us as we went back a forth on a few options, additions and subtractions. Pricing could be a little clearer (might be their new software) and there was some confusion regarding servicing the pool after the pool was complete but Pleasure Pools resolved this issue quickly and to our satisfaction. Homer handled the construction phase and went above and beyond to make us happy with the end result. We are very happy with our pool and get lots of compliments on it. The quality of the work is fantastic. On time, very professional, neat crews and responsive personnel to any issue I brought to their attention. Kevin and Homer have also been helpful in sourcing some materials for my landscaper and outdoor kitchen contractor after the pool was completed. Again, superior service to me is much more important than the lowest price I can find. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! PS - I find it hard to believe that any customer who would bring their issues to Pleasure Pools would not be satisfied with the resolution. IF they don't know you are unsatisfied, they can't fix it.

Pleasure Pools designed the perfect pool for our backyard. They came out and looked at our yard, made recommendations for changes, and came up with a great layout that works well. During the selection process, they did a nice job of helping us navigate the different option choices for staying within our budget. Once the project started, their work crews were considerate and neat. From dig to plaster we were completely done in under 6 weeks which was another pleasant surprise. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

Would not recommend Pleasure Pools. Pleasure pools designed and constructed a pool for me in 2010. the workmanship and the as-constructed pool did not meet the design intent and was constructed to what I consider to be less than third world standards.

My husband and I met with with Aimee Effert of Pleasure Aquatech Pools to discuss a pool for our new house. We have a relatively small backyard and we had to meet several times to "tweak" the design. Aimee was very patient with our many changes and assured us repeatedly that she wanted US to be happy with the final project and WE ARE! Aimee, Elmer and the rest of the staff provide high quality work and are very professional.
