We had our small Bath remodeled by Wiseman Home Improvement beginning in the Fall of 2019. Of the 4 contractor bids we got, we found Phil's approach to be most compatible with our desires. In retrospect, we chose wisely. Phil, Ryan, and the entire team were very professional in their approach. They made good, cost effective, and practical suggestions about the design choices. The team was neat, organized, polite, and competent. The project was completed as scheduled and at the projected cost. There were no surprises. Because we have only a single Bath, there were some logistical issues to deal with. We lost our shower for a few days, but they were able to reinstall our toilet every day. A few minor things needed some follow-up attention and they were taken care of promptly and satisfactorily. We would highly recommend Wiseman to anyone considering Bath or Kitchen work.

We are extremely happy with our bathrooms. We had one small problem with a shower a couple of months later and they made sure it got fixed within a day.

Here are some of the reasons why: The people they work with are fantastic. •For example, the quartz countertop firm was a pleasure to work with and made the selection a lot of fun. •I could go on and on but one more example: The plumber was excellent and provided insight during construction as to improvements in the project plumbing without increasing the costs. Phil worked with us to design the bathroom. •We changed our minds several times and he rebid the project for us a few times. •He was very patient and helped us with design ideas and photos of other projects they have done. During construction we made changes to the work such as replacing the exterior window. •They were very helpful in making the changes and worked around them. •Their pricing for the extras was reasonable, and we don't feel they took advantage of the situation. Our company needed a washer and dryer installed which required location of under the ground drains. The Wisemann Home Improvement professionals did an amazing job locating the underground pipes, removing concrete, doing the hookup and replacing the concrete. They did all of this amazingly fast around our tight schedules. And they did a great clean up afterward. We couldn't be happier with the work.

Phil and Ryan were excellent and always returned calls and were detailed regarding specifics of the job. When there was an issue, they communicated well to come to a resolution. The job was completed on time even during the pandemic with professional workers. I was referred to them by friends who did a bathroom remodel with them about 5 years ago when I was having problems finding a reasonable bid. I finally had two reasonable bids and went with Wiseman Home Improvement because We knew we needed someone to help us pick out materials. Phil fit the bill perfectly and he met us at the stores to help pick out material and he was very helpful because of his knowledge and experience in the biz. They have contracts with suppliers that saved us money and they passed those savings through to us. They came through at the project contract price which is not always the case with contractors. I would have no reservation in recommending Wiseman Home Improvement to friends, family, or anyone.

Wiseman Home Improvement remodeled the kitchen and bathroom in our house that was built in 1947. They also repaired our living room and dining room ceilings. Despite a number of surprises when walls were removed, they completed the remodel beautifully. We are so proud of our home now. The crew was courteous and professional. Phil's design of the two very small rooms maximized the use of space so we have much more useable room while not feeling as cramped as before. Ryan showed amazing skill at making the design Phil worked out with us come to life. I would highly recommend Wiseman Home Improvement to anyone who is considering remodeling.

We found Wiseman Home Improvement through a recommendation on NextDoor. Having had a nightmare of a tile job from another contractor, we needed help quick to save our bathroom. After receiving a few estimates from other contractors, we decided to go ahead with Wiseman. Phil, Ryan and the rest of their crew were fantastic! From the initial walk through of the bid to the completion of our remodeled shower, they were professional all the way. There were never any surprises and they were incredibly reasonable. We wouldn't hesitate to suggest this company for any small or large remodel. In fact, we already have them returning to do another bathroom.

I found Wiseman Home Improvement on Houzz.com when looking for a contractor to help with our bathroom remodel. Wiseman Home Improvement was great to work with from the day I requested a call back to the day the job ended. Phil and Ryan, did everything they said they were going to do and provided me with updates to the schedule of work. Phil listened to what we wanted done, and didn't push us to go in a direction that didn't fit to our design. Ryan came out before the job started to make sure that everything we wanted done, would work. Phil met us when I needed help in picking out the counter top for our vanity and tile for our shower and floors. The guys that they had come in and work on our bathroom, were there when we expected them, and all respected our house while going in and out. I honestly, couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had several contractors come out and give us bids to do the work. I just felt the most comfortable with Wiseman Home Improvement. I would definitely recommend their company. They did a fabulous job!!

I knew I wanted a seamless Corian shower from Signature Surfaces, but I did not have the time or desire to demo my existing shower or do the prep work. Signature Surfaces recommended Wiseman Home Improvement and they did not disappoint. They worked around both my schedule and the schedule from Signature Surfaces. They did a great job with the demo, plumbing, new window and wall removal. I also had them replace some exterior siding that had dry rot. I would definitely call them again for my next project.

I contacted Wiseman Home Improvement when my flooring installer refused to do necessary subfloor repairs in my upstairs bathroom. I must have made over 10 calls to various contractors, Ryan was the only one who personally answered his phone. He was able to come out that same day to assess what needed to be done. He sent a worker out the next morning, who completed the repairs quickly and with excellent quality. I will certainly be calling Wiseman Home Improvement for any future projects around my house.
