P&D Builders Ltd

My husband and I have built 2 homes with P&D Builders. We would recommend them. They are attentive to the client needs in planning the layout of the home and excellent at moving the project forward and staying in contact. They have good resources for materials and talented subcontractors. They create a timeline for the client and the choices are confirmed early on so as not to delay the project with product that is not available. Our only frustration was the limited allowances for the selections. This should be clarified more clearly upfront so the expectations are more defined. But they are professional and knowledgeable and very good at returning calls and addressing issues.

P&D builders were great to work with. Their flexibilty while we were designing our home was excellent - making suggestions on how to save money was appreciated. The quality of work was excellent and they were very open and honest during our build.. There were"No" surprises. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about building their Dream Home!!!
