We bought a very expensive steel door from Portal Elegance three years ago and it started rusting a year later. My wife has called them dozens of times with no call back from Portal Elegance. As a matter of fact, she used our daughters phone right after she tried with her phone and they answered right away. Portal Elegance then told her they would take care of it and never did after more phone calls to find out when they would fix it. Well its now 2024 and after exhausting every avenue to have them help, we had to have it fixed on our own. Portal Elegance has horrible service so buyer beware.

Portal Elegance created a glass and metal wall that separates a formal dining area from a breakfast room. Wall to wall, floor to ceiling with 2 sets of French doors at each end. It is magnificent. Working with them was a pleasure. They worked with me although I was a couple of hundred miles away. Their men arrived on time, on schedule and completed the installation in two days. Perfection!
