The owner, Dan Power, is a graduate of the University of Iowa and possesses over 25 years experience in concrete construction and design. Dan and his staff are committed to ongoing education in concrete design and implementation of cutting-edge techniques. Power Concrete Construction is dedicated to providing exceptional quality, innovative, and one-of-a kind decorative concrete services based on the individual design needs of each client – big or small. With a state of the art design center located in North Liberty, Iowa, Power Concrete Construction provides clients with an extensive showcase of unique concrete solutions. We worked with Power Concrete Construction on our patio/fire pit area and our front entry. Dan worked with us on the design and layout of both areas and we could not be happier! Sitting around the fire pit with the neighbors is a common thing at our house. Their expertise in what they do is unmatched!

This team is one in a million. The pride that Power Concrete takes in there work is like nothing I have ever seen. I work on site all day long with different teams in my interior design business and am always impressed by the skill and endurance of this group. When my husband Taylor and I were picking out subs to build our new home in Coralville, Power Concrete was a MUST. Being a designer I thought that I would be the one designing the deck around our pool and driveway but after meeting with Dan I knew that his design made mine look silly! He knows his stuff and has the greatest crews! We enjoy our outdoor time with family and friends so much and the space and design credit goes to Dan and his team. The decision to have an in ground pool installed is not one to be taken lightly. When we looked at pictures of pools we began to notice that the concrete around the pool added so much to the finished project. As we were looking for concrete professionals, it quickly became evident that Dan Power does amazing work. Once we began meeting with Dan, we knew he had to be the one to do the concrete for our backyard pool project. He is very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. His attention to detail is just what we needed. He personally oversees his projects and you know it is being done right. We truly felt that he cared about the end result of our project as much as we did. We can't say enough about how great everything turned out and we highly recommend Power Concrete!

Power Concrete is a ready collaborator, bringing great ideas to the table to execute cost-efficient and integrated work to meet the needs of pool customers desiring an at-home resort. We are grateful to have such expertise on our project teams! The "Fountain Wow" project on PTM's Houzz site is a great example of how the deck extends the design of the pool, creating a restful and impressive outdoor environment. The fountain is the impressive part, and is also cleverly executed design.
