I absolutely love my kitchen! It is the hub of the house and the room I spend the most time in. Nellidene designed the kitchen perfectly to fit my needs and wants. Very precise with measuring and remeasuring to make sure the install goes in like a breeze. The installers were impressed with how easy it was and this was all because of Nellidene's attention to detail. She was always prompt in returning phone calls and answering my questions. I absolutely love my new kitchen, it was my dream to always redo my grandparents' home. The kitchen is where most of our memories are as children. It may not look the same now, but I look forward to making new memories there and sharing the old ones. When you see a home the same way for 30+ years it is hard to envision changes. Closing up a wall was never something I considered. Nellidene came in with a clear slate and gave us ideas we had never thought of. She helped make the kitchen spacious and beautiful, as well as the back entry. She listens to your thoughts, and puts everything together so easily. She was able to help me incorporate the original porcelain sink and china cabinet that I did not want to part with.

I love my cabinets and the kitchen design. I had a thought and Nellidene was able to show me different options and then we went to work. Even when some of the build didn’t turn out exactly as measured, she was able to make a little change and it works great. My pantry is cabinetry with pull out drawers. I am loving it, if ever I do another project I will have Nellidene with Prairie Sales Co do the cabinets without question.

I will tell you two things this is a top notch designer and top notch cabinets. We decided to remodel our 100 yr old plus farm kitchen in 2024. She followed up the first visit with coming to my house and looking at my homes style. I wanted knew but not so new that it did not flow with my farmhouse and farmhouse wood. I selected a sable stain hickory cabinet style that is absolutely stunning. I was open to and trusted her suggestions. I am totally in love with the end result. The cabinets are made for my house. That is the beauty of custom cabinets. Everything in my kitchen became organized for functional purpose and ease of use. As I age this kitchen will still be easy for me to work in it. The countertop and hardware choices she suggested are stunning and reflect my style. I had a budget and we stayed within it. I highly highly recommend this company. We began our house remodel project five months ago. Nellidene Sunderland was with us from the very beginning to help with the design and the myriad of choices that go along with starting over from scratch and taking a section of a house down to the wall studs. The project has turned out beautifully! From fantastically beautiful new engineered hardwood floors to custom cabinetry in my new kitchen that has amazing features. The coffee / wine bar that was designed with hand crafted stained glass is exquisite. We had SO much help with all of the choices and I couldn't have done this without Nellidene's expertise.
