In the middle of a gut renovation, at the point where I was worn down by delays and the usual contractor annoyances, Ross' professionalism made me believe again. From the initial step of getting an estimate, it was clear that Ross is thorough, professional, and experienced. He highlighted what was missing on my Ikea shopping list, pointed out potential issues that may arise with the kitchen design, and expertly resolved kinks that arose during installation. Ross installed a kitchen, living room cabinets, and a wall of closets for me across two apartments. I highly recommend Ross!

Hired Precision Furniture back in Sept of this year. Quick responses, detailed emails, and expert recommendations were a very valuable asset as it related to our installation project and timeline. We had all of our walk-in closets designed to accommodate IKEA's Pax wardrobes and wanted to make sure the end product had a custom clean look. All achieved and extremely satisfied. Most impressed with the attention to detail even in areas where parts of the wardrobe (that had to be modified) were not easily seen at direct angles. Was referred to PrecisionFA from a colleague that previously used them for a Pax Wardrobe install and he had great things to say so we decided to not bother looking around. What and when! That's it! We sent over our IKEA shopping list and received a quote shortly after along with availability. Pricing is premium but we had to have some modifications done and we wanted a premium service that knew what they were doing. Very prompt, competent, efficient, and most importantly everything was done without hesitation. Nothing was overlooked and end result was even better than we envisioned. We had our basement storage area created using Pax and Sektion cabinets. Now looking forward to getting our kitchen installed. Highly recommend. Excellent work.

1.2.3! When we decided to use IKEA cabinets for our custom bar area, our general contractor recommended that we find an Ikea specialist. We looked, and looked, and looked and only found a handful of true specialists who understood what we wanted. In less then 60seconds into our phone convo regarding our design, Ross was able to conclude that not only would our originally designed layout not work in our space, but was very inefficient as well. He was correct and redesigned a fabulous new layout. We booked immediately. The most amazing part, is that he completed the install in 1 full day while everyone who we spoke with said minimum 2-3days. Level of concentration is that of a surgeon, quite amazing. Perfect bar area accomplished in record time. It's like magic! Thank you for the great work!

Long overdo but truely warranted. A truly professional service from start to finish. Response time with emails/texts was quick and very thorough. Very efficient and organized in the planning process of our office space installation. We had a strict deadline and all of the work was completed with days to spare. In the following weeks, we used PFA in our private residence and were very satisfied once again. Thanks again!
