I just finished building a house with Premier Builders and it went great. Premier does great work. The crews they use were very professional, very talented and most importantly there were always multiple crews working on the project. We started the house well after several other houses were started by other builders in the neighborhood and finished well before them. When you build with Premier you will get your house on time and within budget. I also appreciated that Premier is very honest they let you know the price of everything, so you feel comfortable you are paying what it actually costs. When I build again it definitely will be with Kevin and Premier Builders!

Premier Builders just finished up our beautiful new home. We could not have been happier with both the service and the quality of work. We were supported from the beginning to the end (and now even after) by Kevin and his team. I was impressed from our first meeting and continued to be throughout the whole project with the personalized attention we received, the work completed, and the follow-up. We got everything we wanted in our home and Premier Builders was completely open to different ideas that we had (and we had some crazy ideas)! The entire staff from Barb our designer, Kevin and Jeanette, Heidi and Robyn behind the scenes and their excellent 'expeditors' worked seamlessly together to get it all done. Any time there was a concern with something, it was addressed right away and taken care of without any hassle. Even after closing, I have still been in contact with Kevin and Premier Builders for an issue not directly related to Premier Builders and I am receiving excellent support and guidance. We are so appreciative for everything! Thank you!!

Pros: Greater inhouse designer Timeline/Schedule Forecasted Budget Cons: Follow up after house closing was bad. They have worked up on my negative feedback and improved the customer experience and promised to keep up the same. Hope they will continue to provide good customer experience after closing to all customers. I have updated my rating based on that.

Premier's slogan should be, "Great homes, period," because that's all you'll get with this builder. My wife and I love our house. It's beautiful. But the follow-through post-close was really really bad. There's a lot of lip service and assurances. Kevin is really great at selling and making you believe it's going to get done the rare times you do get to speak with him. You come away with a real good feeling and appreciative; but things just don't get done. And at the end of the day, that's what matters - whether things actually get done. Premier is not interested in taking care of their customers, and it's too bad, they build a great home.

Kevin and his team did a nice job building our house. Unfortunately we paid in full before everthing was completed and ended up with a punch list that was ignored and phone calls that were never returned. Do not make full payment until everthing is completed.

The Premier team did a great job for us. Very helpful and responsive. This was our first time building and they were helpful in walking us through the entire process. They were even able to move the finish date a month to accommodate the sale of our previous home. Thanks to Kevin and all his team!! We love our Premier home.

We had been looking for a home for almost 6 months without finding anything that was in our price point and something we loved. We decided to look into building and contacted Premier because we knew they had a reputation for building beautiful, quality houses. From the first meeting, they did a great job listening to what we wanted in regards to design all while being budget conscience. We are now watching our house being buildt and having a lot of fun on the interior design side with picking our interior selections. We have really enjoyed working with our designer Jodi, who knows her stuff and has a great eye for the current trends and how to make them perfectly fit our style. We are very happy with the service we have received up to this point and can't wait to see all our selections come together in our new home. Thank you Kevin, Jeanette, Travis and Jodi for making this experience easy and fun.

Outstanding Builder in every respect. Follows through on every detail. If we had a concern, Kevin was at the job site to meet us. There were things that I wanted to do as far as insulating the basement walls and he suggested not doing and explained in detail why. We are very satisfied and love our home. Any concerns or questions after completion, he is there 110%. I always have one of Kevin's Business Cards in my wallet and if someone is talking about buying or building a home I ask if I might make a suggestion and offer his card and highly recommend they contact Premier Builders before making any final decisions.
