Premium Cabinets

I had a very disappointing experience with Premium Cabinets in Tulsa, OK. The cabinets were installed incorrectly from the beginning, despite the company being provided with all appliance specifications upfront. The biggest issue was the cabinet around the refrigerator/freezer, which was installed too shallow and too wide. The countertops were cut to match the cabinet layout that Premium Cabinets originally installed. When they later corrected the refrigerator/freezer cabinet so the appliance would fit properly, the cabinets no longer aligned with the countertops. This resulted in significant, very noticeable gaps where the countertops do not meet the cabinets, including gaps around the dishwasher area. They did attempt to fix some of the issues, but the work remains unfinished. They sent the wrong paint match, and when I tried to touch up one of the affected areas, it was immediately obvious that the color was way off and did not match the cabinets. Since then, they have stopped responding to my requests to receive the correct paint match, leaving the job incomplete. I have been trying for over six months to get these issues fully resolved. The lack of follow-through, poor communication, and extended timelines made this an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend Premium Cabinets to anyone expecting professional installation or reliable customer service.

I love my kitchen! Gary, Austin and Kaleb were great to work with. The installation was rough, due to my ceilings and floors being somewhat wonky...the installer, Kendall (from 918 Cabinet Install) and Gary and I worked together and formulated a plan. I chose to go with who they recommended for countertops, and they all work very well together! I just made sure I communicated with each section so they could stay on schedule, and everything was awesome! My kitchen had to be completely gutted and we did most of the work ourselves. Austin even helped me on weekends when we were trying to install the receptacles, I sent him pictures of a tape measure on the wall and asked him how high up we should put them to make sure it covered the built-in backsplash on our countertops. He answered right away, and they are perfect! We had no idea exactly where to put them. When one of the pantry doors wouldn't open because the countertop was rubbing just a tiny bit, David from Top Choice corrected it the very next day. I would totally recommend all 3 of these companies that worked together to create my beautiful kitchen! See Before and After Photos!

Gary , Austin and staff are very professional .Able to assist me with exactly what cabinets I needed . The product was delivered and installed without difficulty. I found their ad on Facebook, after praying for a company to help design my kitchen . They are very conveniently located off of 51st in Tulsa . You won’t be disappointed .

This has been the most horrible experience that we have ever had with a contractor in over 43 years as homeowners. It has now been over a year since Premium Cabinets took our money, and the job is still not finished. My guess is at this point it never will be, as the cost to them to correct and complete the mistakes they made exceeds the remaining balance due on the job, and although the long awaited parts arrived long ago, we have not heard from them in weeks. This company is totally dysfunctional and has critical problems from the top down. My advice to you is go elsewhere for your cabinet needs.

Ordered a complete kitchen cabinet set as RTA for an out of state project. They arrived damaged, and missing some pieces including a couple of entire cabinets and accessory pieces missing. I've been trying for 3 months to get replacements and the owner said he's filed an insurance claim, but still no replacements. He did send me home with one corner cabinet which had not been shipped, but the carton had been written on with a Sharpie "missing f.f." (face frame) which was partially accurate no hardware, either. Having a difficult time now getting a response from Austin, the owner. Will update - hopefully with good news - as this progresses.

I placed an order for custom cabinetry in June 2021. It is now approaching June 2022 and the job is not finished. I have been LED ON the entire time and they still can not execute this job. Austin has also verbally tried to claim what we agreed to is not what I will get because it was not explicitly written into the contract. This is a red flag and buyers should beware. Quality is acceptable so far but the lack of timeline is not. One star until they complete the job then I will update. DO NOT PAY IN FULL and consider whether living in a construction site for a year is worth paying when you go with this company.

Had a great experience with a cabinet project for a custom closet project. Great cabinets and even better support and customer service with design and customization. Knowledgeable staff and worked to get the best layout and price for my project

I worked closely with John and Jenn on my new kitchen remodel and I couldn't be happier! they have an amazing team of staff members and thanks to them the cabinets look flawless! They sat down with me during my intial consoultation and helped us find the perfect fit for all of our needs. We have a small kitchen and they made sure to give us plenty of cabinets without it looking crowded or cramped; which was a HUGE need for us! Im so thankful for John, Jenn and all the their wonderful staff!

Premium Cabinets is my go to anytime I need cabinets for our rehabs. They have high quality cabinets with all the bells and whistles at a great price. They have always been extremely helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

We had a complete new kitchen done, our cabinets are beautiful. We love our kitchen. We are now doing master bathroom.

We ordered our cabinets from Premium Homes. We were very satisfied with them. Austin took us right in and created the kitchen we wanted. He answered all of our questions and didn’t push us. We had checked around and they gave us the best deal plus the cabinets are well made!!! We recommend them and would go back!!!
