I would have given zero stars if possible. My parents, who are elderly, hired Profixx to remodel their kitchen in Jan 2017. During the remodel, their electrician did not rewire the thermostat correctly when they moved it to another wall causing the A/C to not work. My elderly parents had issues with the A/C all summer. My parents & I left Voicemails & sent emails many times which Profixx ignored for over 5 months. It took 7 months to have Profixx send an A/C guy to come look at it, only because I had my designer call them since they were ignoring us. Their A/C guy said Profixx did not rewire the thermostat correctly & they needed to fix it. Now it has been over 2 months with no fix from Profixx. Sandy & Maurice at Profixx continue to ignore our calls & emails. They were very demanding when it came to paying them for their work, but now that they need to fix something that they did not do right in the remodel they are choosing to just ignore us in the hopes we go away. They do not stand by their work & once you pay them they ignore you if there are any issues. They are taking advantage of my elderly parents as I’m sure other customers. I would find another company for any remodeling work. I have Attached a photo of what the A/C guy left my parents with & Profixx needs to open the wall again & rewire the thermostat correctly. My parents have been looking at this for over 2 months now.

Profixx is the best that you will get in the entire Dallas area. I hired them for a kitchen remodeling project to replace my microwave and install a range hood to vent outside. Profixx was quick to look into the project and suggest a perfect solution at most competitive pricing. They suggested and advised me in every step of the process. Then came the big day of installation. The work was done with utmost professionalism, clean, quiet and top craftsmanship. I would recommend them and hire them for my next project as well. Big thank you to Morris, Gregory and everyone at the office who took my phone with a smile every time I called for advice and changes.

Profixx Services delivered our dream kitchen. We had a water damaged kitchen. They worked with us in getting our dream kitchen back. Can't say enough about Maurice, Bernard, Sandy and rest of the folks at Profixx Services. They went above and over to make us comfortable and happy.

I recently had Profixx Services install laminate flooring in two bedrooms, convert fluorescent lighting to LED canned lights, relocate electrical switches, and change the opening of two doors. I was thrilled with their excellent and affordable services! They completed all of the work in just 2 and 1/2 days. Their crew were courteous and skilled. The results were fabulous! We were very pleased.
