We referred our customer to PPI and our customer is absolutely satisfied and happy to Jimmy and his team service. They provide up to date building code guiding, innovative and cost efficient design solution to my customer house design. One thing the reviewer giving bad comment to PPI in this list was right, PPI fee is not the cheap among the industry. However, in my customer project, he and his family believe what they had got from Jimmy is totally worth. BTW, I know the guy who made the bad review to PPI. He hired PPI to design his new salon in Kapolei Ka Makana Alii Shopping Center before. We were one of the sub-contractors in that project. That shop was designed very nice and you could find it in PPI page on FB. If you go to the shopping center, you will find the best designed nail salon spa, that the one. This Owner was a completely jerk, he low ball all contractors in this project and dragged our payment for so long time. He is that type person make everyone loose money except him. I can see how this guy got upset from PPI just because the fee is going higher now try to bad mouth PPI. He pay no respect to no one and had no appreciation to good job done by PPI. In his mind, design or drawing something is so easy and should only worth minimum pay. Well, we will keep work with Jimmy from PPI and we appreciate his professional knowledge and talented design.

Jimmy Wu at Prowork Pacific did an outstanding job as third party reviewer. The price Prowork Pacific quoted was far cheaper than that of other TPR 's. Not only was the price right but the quality of service and speed at which a permit was secured was extremely fast. Jimmy and Prowork were exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous, affordable, and answered all my questions promptly. I will highly recommend Prowork Pacific to my friends and colleagues in need their service.

The price is way to high now. I have used them a few years ago when pricing was a little high. But now days Prowork Pacific really charge high. The price has triple since three years ago for my recent quote. They basically charge per square feet and not according to the project work involve. If you have deep pocket you can hire them. Also it best to used other company to expedite. Why would you pay the same company to double check their own work. Monster Home Jimmy
