We would highly recommend Property ReVision to anyone looking for a home renovation--large or small. We worked with them for our recent basement renovation and are so happy with the results. Jason, our project manager, was a great communicator and very professional. They worked within our budget and were flexible when we wanted to do parts of the project ourselves. Their on-staff carpenters were particularly friendly and great to work with. All of their staff and subs were more than happy to follow COVID safety precautions while doing work in our home.

I just had my kitchen remodeled and I am completely thrilled by how it looks now! It seems so much bigger, even though the footprint hasn't really changed, other than removing a half wall and a closet. Paul kept me informed as to what was going on and answered any questions I had. Any concerns I had were dealt with in a timely fashion, as well. It did take longer than expected, due to having to wait for certain items, but they were still finished by the original end date. Everyone was nice and they cleaned up the area at the end of every day. If I ever need another room remodeled, I would certainly put Property ReVision above other contractors!

We had the pleasure of having Property ReVision update our very dated bathroom. It was quick, easy and on budget! Bonus: if you literally need anything or have a questions, you just call or text Paul - he will make it happen. We will surely be calling for our next project! Thanks team!

I have remodeled my Kitchen and Bathroom with Property Revision. Paul Schuessler and Brittany O’Connor were amazing. I never felt any pressure. We felt like a team working together to make it an enjoyable experience. No conflict or change order was an issue. All issues were worked through with calm experience. I never felt any frustration. Paul was fantastic to go the extra mile with additional work needed, like trimming off a window, door and replacing lights. He made sure the cabinets and counter tops were perfect. Brittany also was fantastic with and wonderful help to pick out the look I desired. She guided me through different designs, picking in the end one I love. Sometimes communication with remodels is a problem, but not here. Courteous, always calling to say when coming over and always available on phone to help with my different ideas! Everyone at Property Revision was super...from the carpenters to the electrician to the plumber, to the finisher and especially Amber the designer!!! I would hire them in a second if/when I need anything else done. They were on time, very nice, and easy to work with. We made a lot of changes and Property Revision was on it...The prices were up front and on par.

Couldn't be happier with our experience. From the the initial consultation/design to the final finishing being installed, we were blown away by their service and communication. Throughout the process, my wife and I were able to communicate any decision or changes we thought of without complaint, and were in constant communication with the construction teams during the project. It was nice getting consistent updates throughout so we were up to speed on the progress. I would highly recommend them for any home remodel project, and will use them for any future work we decide to have done.

Property ReVision did an EXCELLENT job finishing our basement.
