Rob was a referral from my agent Alex Dethier and did a great job staging my recent condo sale in Palm Springs. I am not in the area and wanted to list quickly and for top price and he was incredibly easy to work with and accommodating in sourcing and installing a few fixtures on my behalf. He got everything dealt with very quickly and used a mix of existing pieces, purchased a few things on my behalf, and sourced some staging we rented. In order to keep costs down, he even lent me some of his own artwork/inventory which I so appreciate! Rob dealt with everything very calmly and smoothly - which helped my stress level tremendously. He and Alex did everything, I never even had to come out. We got an all cash offer and closed in 18 days for the top price in the community so I'd say it was a success for sure! Thanks Rob! You're a gem!

Not only is he super-talented and visionary, able to make the drabbest of spaces look magazine-cover worthy, but he is also the nicest guy around and goes WAY above and beyond to deliver top-notch service! What a great choice we made when we hired Rob at Make It Home! Our house had been empty and on the market for close to 45 days with little activity. We contacted Rob, and after a few days his team had installed the new staging - it was perfect and absolutely in line with the era and style of the house. We received an offer within days! Best of all, pricing was very competitive and the staging and removal of the furniture and art happened quickly and with no issues at all... and what a pleasure it was to work with Rob.

He is very pro-active, handled every detail, and did the job for a little under budget. The results were terrific! I am a realtor with Windermere Real Estate in Palm Springs, California. I had a condo listed which showed poorly, primarily because it was vacant and felt very cold. I reached out to Rob Reinhart to stage the condo and both my client and I could not have been more pleased. Rob was on the east coast when I first called him. Knowing how important the timing was, he made all the arrangements from the east coast and was on the job staging the house the day he returned! Rob was proficient at overseeing everything from start to finish. He even purchased a new dining room light fixture and arranged to have it installed. We increased the price of the unit to cover the staging cost and needless to say, the unit sold for full price in 3 days. Rob is very professional and knowledgable, yet kind and gentle, and definitely has a creative eye. Just prior to the close of escrow, Rob was there once again to oversee the furniture removal. Again, I could not have been happier and I would highly recommend his services.
