My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Puida Builders builds with integrity. They did an outstanding job for us finishing our basement. We appreciated the great ideas they had with respect to design and the quality of the outcome. It has been almost five years since the project was completed and everything has held up very well. There were a couple of small things that needed follow up, and they assumed responsibility quickly and courteously. They were respectful and responsive at all times through the process. I still marvel at the work that was done.

I purchased a house that needed complete updating. I hired Jim to udate kitchen, entry way, bathrooms, family room. He did an excellent job; completed the job on schedule and within budget, and kept the job site clean as possible. I would strongly recommend Jim, whether you are adding a room(s), remodelling, or even building a new house. I have a great deal of confidence in Jim.

We are so pleased with the outcome of our project. Jim turned an unheated breezeway that was only good for storage into a beautiful dining room addition, and built a roof dormer out over our deck to convert it into a 3 season screened porch. Jim has a talent for envisioning what a project can become and along the way suggested several features that really made our remodel turn out beautifully.

Finding a great contractor is not easy these days. After learning the "hard way" with a few odd jobs, we decided to seek out the most reputable builder we could find to address some significant improvements for our home. Since our home was built around 1860, we felt that we needed some one with a creative eye, an appreciation for historic homes, and a solid history of satisfied customers. With some good fortune, we met Jim Puida, who was not only professional on site, but he made several necessary modifications as the project unfolded to meet our needs for the long term care and look of our home.
