I contracted Erroll Brown, the namesake of “EAB”, to repair the planks of wood that were rising in my back patio. He showed up 2 weeks after the agreed start date, with no explanation and underprepared for the job that day. He continually left to “buy more materials” however he would return with nothing after about 20-30 minutes each time. He eventually left my house, that’s when I discovered he had not only failed to repair my initial problem, he also ripped a hole in the bottom of the my patio. After a few weeks of back and forth, Rats began to enter the property and I was told by Erroll “Tough luck, sounds like a county issue.” After much back and forth, Erroll eventually passed my problem off to his daughter, Qiana Brown, Bolton being her married last name, which she tried to act as if she had no family relation to Erroll due to the last name difference. She was extremely rude, disrespectful, and curt. At one point she threatened the legal immigration status of my family member when I asked for a refund. The pictures of the rodents are a little fuzzy, and that is because they are from the videos I recorded to send to the county. Because it was a “county issue”. DeKalb County felt differently.
