Quality Pools Inc

We initially had a very positive experience with Quality Pools. Our consultation with the owner, Richard, went smoothly and he came across as very professional. We felt confident enough to move forward, so we followed up with him a couple of days later to confirm we wanted to do the work. At that point, Richard told us he would give us a call back to get things started. Unfortunately, he literally ghosted us. We never heard from him again. It is incredibly disappointing to be treated this way, especially by a 70-year-old owner of a long-standing company. You expect a certain level of integrity and basic communication at that level, but unfortunately, that wasn't our experience and waste of time.
