We did a full kitchen and bathroom renovation Murphy bed installation with cabinets in the spare room, scraping of the popcorn ceilings in all rooms and installing a few more pot lights, with Kathleen and her team Kathleen was incredibly competent at her job, organizing and helping us with decision-making The job was to take five weeks It was done two days early Her tradesmen, her choice of cabinet makers ,her electrical and plumbing people did a fabulous job with absolutely no issues and frankly, some of the best workmanship I’ve ever seen. If in 20 years, I need another renovation. I will definitely be calling Kathleen and her team again.

Kathleen’s design advice was instrumental in creating our bright modern kitchen with open concept family and dining room. She is very knowledgeable and easily worked with hard surfaces, right into furniture, drapery and décor, always keeping in mind our design requirements. I’m on the Board of Directors for my condo. We needed to update the exterior and the hallways of our almost 30 year old building. The work would be completed over the course of about 2 years, but we wanted a plan and a designer who could do that for us. Kathleen was recommended to us by a friend who had built an addition to her house and refinished all the interior. Working with 5 disparate people on a BOD is not easy. Kathleen has put together a very comprehensive design for us. She listened and understood what we wanted and she gave very professional presentations to the board (on zoom) that included computer generated visuals of the final results. She researched and recommended finishing products. She has provided us with annotated graphics that can be used by our property manager and tradesmen to complete the job. Her prices were reasonable and she has always delivered what she promised, professionally and on time. I would definitely use her services again and recommend her to others.

We were very pleased with Kathleen's overall performance. She spent several consultation sessions with us then presented design options. She pursed material options to fit out budget, provided spread sheets for project phases including contractor payments along with frequent site visits. I have a background in interior commercial construction and design and I was impressed with Kathleen's attention to detail. A talented designer and experience in turnkey projects.

In renovating my kitchen I used Kathleen's services to help me with the design, and I am very glad I did. She offered some great ideas and was able to guide me through the different stages of my design, from layout, to colour selection, and the dozens of small items you normally would overlook. Kathleen revived a tired bedroom, creating a warm, elegant, classic environment. She built the design around a cherished piece of art acquired on a trip which makes the completed room even more special because of the memories it preserves. I love waking up in this room and also spending time in it at different times of the day when the light creates different effects. It was an exciting, hassle free new kitchen project from beginning to end. Kathleen takes charge, in search for trades people that she knows do great work and are proud of the work they do.
