We are happy to share our positive experiences we had with the RANDY LEGGITT CONSTRUCTION and. We hired this family-run business in June 2017 to renovate our kitchen, entry way and hallway. From the initial point of contact through completion of the project, they and their sub-contractors were professional, punctual, honest, and very easy to work with– a refreshing change from the “typical” contractor. In addition, they remained on schedule and on budget. We would especially like to highlight their superb cabinetry! We are so happy and satisfied with the quality and outcome of their work that we would recommend them to family and friends. We would also like to point out how efficient, organized and respectful they were of our property and time and we especially appreciated that they cleaned up the work areas at the end of each day. Leggitt Construction completed a small residential addition/renovation in the fall of 2017. The work not only met but exceeded my expectations. Working with Randy and his family was very easy. Randy is a perfectionist and wants everything done right. He and his sons are polite and respectful of their fellow workers and the homeowner. They were on site everyday, which is so important when you are living with chaos. They are patient and offer their idea's if you are having trouble making a decision, we moved the fireplace at least three times! The quality of their work is excellent. They did my cabinets and they are beautiful. I would definitely use them again.

Randy Leggitt and his team are impeccable whens its comes to details and customer service. They rebuilt our entire house so we saw them do everything from footings to finish. The saw the job all the way through and steered us into good decisions. They are the only GC that I know of who actually does the majority of the work that you see and touch. Cabinets, floors, doors, trim, etc. So instead of having to deal with a Sub-contractor, you deal directly with the people who are doing the work that you see and touch everyday.
