Reality Construction did a great job finishing our basement 20 years ago and they have only gotten better over time! We recently had them finish our basement in our new home and we couldn’t be happier with the results and the entire process! Mike and Gina are a pleasure to work with! They are reasonably priced and did a great job of incorporating what we wanted along with fantastic ideas and hints they gave us along the way! Every person on their crew was highly skilled, took good care of our house as they worked and were friendly and professional. The computer generated picture of what the finished project would look like gave us confidence and was exactly the way it turned out! We highly recommend Reality Construction!

Mike and Gina were awesome to work with. Stayed within the time frame of completion, actually finished a couple of weeks earlier. They stuck to the quote they gave me. They even went shopping with us to pick out all the items we needed for the basement. That was a lot of help, top quality items and very detailed oriented. They let you know when the workers were coming. All the workers were nice to work with, top notch and did quality work. Always responded to texts promptly. Very happy with the basement. It was a wow factor when people came to see the basement completed. I highly recommend Reality Construction LLC, Gina and Mike for any home remodeling project

We used reality Construction to finish our basement. Mike and Gina were great to work with. They were transparent about cost and extremely helpful guiding us through the process. Gina was super helpful from a design perspective! Both of them were easily reachable if needed and provided timely updates on the overall status of the project. The end result was beyond what we were hoping for! We would highly recommend them for any home renovation project!

We just remodeled our living room, kitchen, half bathroom, and laundry room with Reality Construction and we had an amazing experience! We found working with Mike and Gina easy as they were straightforward and honest. Whenever we had questions, they got back to us right away with answers. Gina came up with the best plan for remodeling our kitchen and we love the new layout. They employ top notch workers and everyone did high quality work. They never once tried to upsell us or play any games; they stuck to our agreed upon budget and even did additional things to make sure we were taken care of. Our project was done early, the work was all done extremely well, and we are so happy we chose Reality Construction to remodel our home!

The professionalism, attention to detail, constant communication, responsiveness and promptness when reaching out with absolutely anything whether positive or negative, timely completion, and creativity when designing the best use of the space in our master bedroom and bath. Gina and Mike were with us through the entire process, including designing, shopping, guiding us through making tough decisions, and showing us many options and combinations when overwhelmed with MANY choices. REALITY CONSTRUCTION helped our huge project run smoothly and get done a bit early! Gina and Mike made sure we were on schedule and made adjustments as needed when our project was ahead of schedule. WE are beyond satisfied with our new MASTER BEDROOM and BATH!

Reality Construction LLC did a wonderful job finishing our entire basement. The process went way better than expected and my husband and I were blown away with how everything turned out! Mike and Gina were extremely easy to work with and they were both very responsive. When Gina came out for the initial consultation, she took measurements and gave us a rough estimate of the job. Mike and Gina both came out a second time and after looking at the basement and the layout, Mike gave us a few suggestions about changing the layout and we couldn’t have been happier with the final layout and project. They went with us to pick out everything which was a great help as they are professionals in their area so we relied on their expertise for many of these choices and they exceeded our expectations. The process was overall very smooth, any issues that did arise along the way were quickly handled by Mike without us having to do anything which made hiring them for this project well worth it. The basement was finished ahead of schedule and exceeded our expectations. The vendors they use were always respectful and very responsive if we had questions. We highly recommend Reality Construction LLC and will use them again in the future!

We chose Mike & Gina for our remodeling project. It included master bath, upstairs full bath, kitchen/powder room/laundry room and finishing the basement with a wet bar, fireplace, shelving and powder room. Very professional and personable to work with! Cost estimate was fair and firm. Scheduling was prompt and they were quickly available anytime questions arose. Mike & Gina want the project done right and done perfectly! The finished work is excellent and we couldn’t be happier!

We used Reality Construction, LLC for a remodel of our kitchen and adjoining rooms this past summer. We completely gutted our kitchen and removed the adjoining walls. We were initially impressed with how thoroughly Mike looked at the project. He made observations about lighting, trim, flooring, and many more details that we appreciated being thought out right from the start. He was straight forward with the estimate and nothing exceeded his initial quote. We very much enjoyed that Gina and Mike took us shopping for flooring, plumbing, countertops, and more and we valued their input. I'll admit I went into the remodel with a slightly different vision in mind. After listening to their advice and recommendations our remodel turned out far better than I originally had imagined. We are very much looking forward to celebrating the holidays in our beautiful new space. We are so very pleased.
