Refresh Your Space

I contacted Patty at Refresh Your Space after she did some updates on my Uncle's house prior to putting it on the market. The house sold quickly due to it looking amazing! For my project she helped with finishes and colors and gave me confidence in my choices. Her knowledge and experience guided me in the right direction when there can be so many choices. I would recommend RYS for any and all of your interior or exterior projects, their work is modern and current and "refreshing"!

Recently my husband and I replaced the flooring in our home. Now, with new vinyl planking through out the living area, and carpeting in the bedrooms, it was time for us to repaint the walls and refresh the rest of our space. Picking wall colors always scared me so when I heard about Refresh Your Space from a friend, I decided give them a try. I hoped their guidance would get the right colors on our walls. Patty Hampton and her associates at RYS helped us select the perfect wall colors. They also guided us in choosing new hardware for the interior doors, new blinds for the bedrooms, lighting for the kitchen and upholstery for several tired-looking chairs. In preparation for the repainting of the walls, all our pictures came off the walls. After the painters left, what to rehang and where best to display artwork presented a challenge. Patty and associates guided us with rehanging the artwork. We love the new look of our pieces. I should mention that I had some old, 'antique' furniture that Patty encouraged me to part with; I did and am so happy she talked me into letting Grandma's china cabinet go! Recently we had guests in our home who hadn't visited in quite a while. After they left, I turned to my husband and told him how proud I was of our home's appearance and how happy I was with the choices we made. Refresh Your Space was responsible for all the great changes that had come about. Thank you, Patty and Flynne, for a wonderful "refresh!" You have my full endorsement!

Simply put, we would not have been able to do our home interior remodel without Patty Hampton and Dianna Choi! My husband and I do not have the experience, knowledge, décor, patience or the time to manage a big project like a remodel. Patty and Dianna made it so easy for us. They were our project managers and designers. They took the time to get to know us and our likes and dislikes. We were impressed they remembered details from our numerous conversations. They walked us through every step of the way and handled everything. They did all the research and presented us with many options, which made it so much easier for us to just pick from the selections and make quick decisions. And somehow, everything was magically coordinated between them and the contractors. We trusted them both completely as we knew they had our best interest in mind at all times. Our home interior looks amazing, and we often get the “wow” factor with our guests. We have heard too many bad home remodel stories, so people are often shocked to hear that we had a great experience. I would highly recommend the work and partnership of Patty and Dianna. Patty and RYS were really helpful for us! We started out thinking we weren't going to have a designer for our bathroom remodel. Partway in (having bought a bunch of things), we realized there were some parts we'd overlooked (material transitions, finishes, what needed updating vs. what could stay). We were able to do a Mini-Consult with RYS on short notice and are super happy we did -- Patty helped us make a bunch of choices (some small, some larger) that all add up to a much more cohesive project. Patty worked with our budget and (short) timeline -- we needed only things that were in stock locally since our contractor was already working. I'd be very happy to work with RYS on any future projects!

We hired RYS to help us with kitchen/downstairs remodel overall paint update. Having never done a project like this, we were overwhelmed by all the pieces and what needed to happen in what order. Patty and her team made the process so much easier. She was able to really understand our style and make terrific suggestions to complete update the look of our house. We get so many complements!

Wise Interiors to help with internal and external house paint colors, ideas for front and back yard space use, interior space layout and design, furniture ideas/suggestions and layout, as well as all indoor flooring, bathroom and kitchen fixtures.
