My husband and I have a growing family as our children are now having children and we needed to create more bedrooms for them all! We have a third story attic room with dormers that we wanted to make into two proper bedrooms and a full bath. We realized we were working with limited space but Corinthian did a wonderful job helping us realize the possibilities for that space. From their suggestion to move the existing bathroom to a more central location to offering placement options for doorways, a window seat and storage, Corinthian’s Rob Froehlich, Kristina Miller and Natalie Linton guided us professionally in crafting a beautiful area for our kids and grandkids. When Rob realized that the initial supervisor on the job was not working up to Corinthians’ standards, he replaced him with Brad Couch, a lead carpenter who did a marvelous job taking over the now open position in addition to continuing his own work on our project. Brad kept the the day-to-day building process running smoothly , informing us of changes in schedules, making certain areas were all kept clean and having daily contact with us. We are impressed by the craftspersonship Hank brought to all of the cabinetry and now have a 3rd floor in which to proudly host friends and family!

Corinthian Fine Homes guided us through selecting quality products for our bathroom remodel. Natalie offered ideas within our budget and goals. Hank and the construction team met timelines, communicated well, and made sure we were happy with the finished product. We love our new space and truly feel that it adds value and enjoyment to our home.

We used Corinthian for essentially an entire first floor remodel (kitchen, hearth, living room, beverage center, bathroom). We remodeled our basement a few years ago with a different, but reputable contractor. The difference with Corinthian was night and day from design through execution. Corinthian was impressive at every step of the way in terms of thought and effort in the design, understanding and guiding us with our own style and selections and functionality of design, site prep, management of the subs, overall project management, and above all = super high bar for quality and insistence on perfection. Our neighbors also recently completed a similar project, and throughout our experience they commented frequently on how the quality of work (from demo to execution) was obvious. Particularly given the uniqueness now around supply chain, demand for subs, etc = we are very happy with the overall project. We have a few more projects for our house, and when we are ready to take those on, there is no doubt that we will choose Corinthian again.

Corinthian did a large kitchen/family room renovation project for us. Ultimately, the most important criterion for the work is the satisfaction with the end product. For that, they deserve an A thanks to thoughtful planning and careful attention to detail. Their crew was respectful and professional; the workmanship first class. The project was expensive but without hidden costs. If forced to offer a negative, we would have to say that the work took longer than expected and longer than promised. Probably the most telling feature of our satisfaction would be that we would use Corinthian again without hesitation. Since the project’s completion, we’ve had a couple of minor issued which have been addressed promptly and without question.

Working with Corinthian was the best choice we could’ve made when we knew we needed to gut and redo our only full bathroom. Rob and Sue were so helpful as we had to push the pause button for almost a year from when we initially contacted them, but they held onto our plans when we were finally ready to go forward with our renovation. As it was our only full bath, they ensured the project would not start until everything was in stock and ready to go so we wouldn’t be waiting on any material in this crazy supply chain environment. Our project manager Jeff talked and visited with us every day and that transparency and communication was fantastic. Our bathroom is everything we imagined while finishing on time and budget. My 90-year old mother lives on her own in Carmel. Earlier this year, a defective water heater flooded my mother's utility room and the adjoining kitchen. Due to water damage, flooring and lower walls had to be removed. Corinthian handled all of this very promptly, and its workers were very polite to my mother, who fears having any stranger in her house. As part of the process, Corinthian also upgraded the kitchen with top-rate tile flooring, a granite counter-top, wall tiles above the counter-top, and a new sink. The result is an up-dated beautiful kitchen, which my mother loves. Most importantly, during the entire project, the various workers were prompt, neat, and kind and friendly to my mother.

I worked with Corinthian Fine Homes on the renovation of my kitchen. They were professional from day 1 of the design to the completion of my new dream kitchen. They listened well to my list of wants and guided me in my selections to ensure I stayed on budget, and maybe strayed a bit for my wow features. Our kitchen is now more functional and absolutely gorgeous. It is truly the hub of our home and my kids have started helping with meal prep or do their homework at our island. Corinthian did a fantastic job executing our basement renovation project safely and effectively in these unprecedented times. Corinthian’s initiatives to keep their employees, subcontractors and us safe included: installing a temporary door to separate work site from living space; limiting the number of persons working on-site (usually only 1 person); regular walk-throughs & touch-bases with the Project manager via FaceTime & text; and ongoing communication about on-site activities. With the project complete, we have more living space in our 100-year old bungalow (2k sq ft) that could not have come at a better time: an additional living area with a newly exposed window, an office fit for two, a home gym, a laundry room, more storage space, radon mitigation and a brand new set of stairs. We're beyond grateful to have had Rob, Jeff and the entire Corinthian team help us transform the basement into the space-that-no-one-wants-to-go-into to the space-that-no-one-wants-to-leave.

Rob, Kristina and Jeff with Corinthian Fine Homes are amazing. I started out the design phase with them frustrated with another design/build company who designed something wonderful that completely blew my budget and was unresponsive. Rob and Kristina were on it from the beginning. Their follow up was impeccable, they were realistic with me from the start, and they kept me within my budget. They had good ideas on how to make the space flow but they also knew when to push back on my grand (expensive) ideas. We are extremely pleased with the end result!

We had the pleasure of working with Corinthian for our living room, foyer, powder bath, master bath remodel. From quoting to wrap up, they were so easy and enjoyable to work with. Overall, I can’t stress enough how much we appreciated their professionalism. We really trust and respect this team. Planning - The team was always prepared and each meeting was productive and efficient. However, they were never in a rush and always willing to discuss any questions we had until we were comfortable. Rob and Todd offered some excellent ideas that we had not considered. They were also very respectful of the budget and very resourceful. They worked to find the best solutions but never promised anything they couldn’t deliver. Design - Working with Kristina was amazing. Our preference was to communicate the look we were trying to achieve but really have someone with expertise and experience guide us and narrow our options for us. Kristina really understood the different looks for each room we had in mind. Her recommendations were spot on and helped us make better choices. My husband, who is very particular, stopped attending selection meetings because he felt like Kristina knew exactly what he wanted. Because of his busy schedule, this is especially appreciated. Construction - Jeff and the Corinthian team were so courteous and efficient. They were very organized and communicated so well. They went the extra mile on big and little things to ensure our privacy, comfort, regular routines throughout the project. I am at home during the day and the disruption from construction and people was so miniscule. When the sub contractors came in, Jeff was very present with communication and checking in on the work. They stuck to the schedule and were able to finish early. Wrap Up - The team has been very responsive with questions even after project wrap up. They were quick to attend some very minor issues we noticed. They also made very clear that I should feel free to contact them if I notice anything of concern in the coming days. I have not, but it is a very assuring feeling to know that I can reach out.

Corinthian remodeled the main floor of our home in two phases. First was master bedroom, bathroom, guest bedroom, and main entry and hallway. The first phase was was done on time and with high quality workmanship. Communication was fantastic, and every day our home was left clean and tidy. The phase I project was completed on time and in budget. The second phase was kitchen, dining room, family room, guest bathroom, and laundry room. Once again Corinthian did fantastic work, guided us through the selection process, advised us, and worked with us all along the way. Corinthian discovered an unknown problem regarding the floors, and they worked quickly to fix the problem with very reasonable additional cost and disruption. Corinthian finished the phase II on budget and EARLY. That's right, even with the unknown problem Corinthian discovered, they still finished over a week ahead of schedule. Who does that?!? Rob, Jeff, Susan, and the rest of the team are fabulous to work with and treated our home like it was their own. The quality and finish was second to none. I would highly recommend Corinthian.
