I am an Interior Designer that has been in the business for 25 years. I have been using Roswell Home and Office since I began. I carry some of my own high profile lines, but order through RHO for all of the lines that I do not carry and all of my office and commercial needs. They are very knowledgeable, experienced and always give me the best pricing. I feel there is no need to go elsewhere to price out my needs, as RHO have always been the lowest. The knowledge, pricing and professionalism that I receive from Casey and Wayne (family owned) are of the utmost standard. All of the employees from the owners to the delivery team ALWAYS have an outstanding and positive attitude. I use RHO for all of my clients warehousing and deliveries. I have never been involved with such an organized and professional team. The partnership that I have with them has made my job so much easier and I can always count on them to take care of all of my clients individual needs, without a complaint. A designer loves a teammate that will never tell them that something cannot be done. The delivery and installation team will find a way to make every piece work. We ran across Casey & his company when we were looking to compare some furniture pricing for a new home we're building. I was in the market for a lot of new pieces. I couldn't believe how much money Casey was able to save us! (compared to another local store we had shopped at) All I had to do was provide the product numbers and company name. Not only were the prices amazing but his personal customer service via emails and phone calls was very prompt. His delivery guys were very professional & friendly. I have used Roswell Home and Office on 2 occasions. First I ordered a dresser that was from Hooker Furniture. Not only was the piece of great quality, but I got a deal on it as well. it was delivered to my home, which includes stairs, without any damage. I also used them to help me move apartments. My things were moved in less than 2 hours. All pieces were wrapped so they stayed in tact and it didn't cost a fortune to get the job done.
