We worked with Ridgewater for our custom Houston Heights home. We were warned about the tiresome selection process and about the difficulty and strained relationships working with home builders during the construction process. Our experience was the complete opposite! We were given lots of personal attention and assistance as we walked through each step in the process. We were partnered with amazing contractors/vendors to guide us through the MANY endless selections. And probably, most importantly, we had constant communication and support, which can not be underestimated. A year later, we are still thrilled with the detailed craftsmanship and beauty of our home! Our home has been admired by friends, family, neighbors walking their dogs, and even by other home builders. We have happily shown our home to interested buyers on their behalf, and will continue to recommend them as a wonderful custom home builder in the Houston area.

The Ridgewater team (Rit, Brandon and Joey) was such a pleasure to work with! These guys knocked it out of the park in regards to the home they built for my family... the honesty, constant and consistent communication, expert craftsmanship, and knowledge are just few of the reasons they are one of the best in Houston. Ridgewater Homes recently built our home in the Heights. After viewing several of the previous homes built by Ridgewater Homes, our decision was made on who we wanted to build our home. Rit, Brandon and Joey made an excellent team during the building process. The team at Ridgewater Homes thoroughly understands the building and construction process and was very clear from the outset on expectations. When issues arose, they were quick to provide an alternate solution that helped head off any stressful situations that the issue may have caused. Rit Johnson with Ridgewater Homes built our dream home in 2012. Rit was very knowledgable on every aspect of the building process. Our experience with Ridgewater was excellent. We bought a 40+ year old home from the original owner so it needed extensive remodeling. To add a little pressure they had 1 month to complete the job before we were due to move in. All estimates were really close and most came in a little less than expected. Four years later and the upgrades still look like new. Would and have recommended and would use them again.
