We recently reached out to Rhinebeck Kitchen and Bath for help replacing six damaged cabinet fronts in our kitchen—damage that had accumulated over the years thanks to our dogs. Our kitchen was originally designed by them 20 years ago, and to our delight, the very same designer, Leigh, took on our project once again. Leigh went above and beyond in every way. She worked tirelessly with the cabinet company to ensure we could get the exact replacements we needed, and her communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. She clearly put a great deal of time and care into helping us, even though this wasn’t a large renovation job. Thanks to Leigh, our kitchen looks like new again—and we couldn't be more grateful. We had customer service issues with Rhinebeck K and B. They had made some much needed and challenging renovations to our kitchen several years ago (and did a great job, then). However, when we decided to renovate our bathroom two years ago, the person with whom we had worked on the kitchen kept putting us off, then finally ghosted us. We decided to try again after the two year gap. We asked for a new person, but were put in contact with our prior representative. He met with my husband and spent their time saying how busy he was, how little time he had to attend to us, and that we would have to wait weeks for him to even pull our paperwork "out of the inbox". His attitude and statements mirrored his demeanor during our earlier encounter, so we decided to go elsewhere. I guess that Rhinebeck Kitchen and Bath no longer is interested in doing smaller projects with their established clients.

We recently completed a major renovation to our Master Bathroom using Rhinebeck Kitchen and Bath. They were excellent. We liked the turnkey aspect of their company - design, project management and installation. The execution exceeded our expectations. Sam patiently listened to our ideas and created a design that worked within our budget. Chris seamlessly managed the parts ordering and project coordination. Wing was a consummate master craftsman - professional, neat and meticulous - who built the bathroom of our dreams. Communication with everyone was prompt and courteous, whether by e-mail, phone, or their internal software project management system. We also liked their billing practices with weekly "In Progress" statements of parts and labor and payments. A terrific team all around. We intend to use them again for future renovations and highly recommend them.

What a delightful experience. We arrived at the showroom on the July 4 holiday weekend with measurements and demands. Leigh Crawford sat with us for three hours, her pencil, ruler and eraser in hand, sketching out a dream kitchen for a home we hoped to buy. Though that deal isn't closing, Leigh would be my go-to choice for any kitchen or bath project. She was direct, clear and filled with great ideas. Since she has no obvious bias toward one style or another, she is readily able to suggest great ideas for the unique taste of each client. I also really appreciated her sensitivity to our mid-range budget. She didn't keep trying to push us into higher-quality finishes than we could afford, while ensuring we could stretch our budget to accomplish the designer feel and foody kitchen we crave. What a great designer and a wonderful person, too!

Their designer came up with an innovative floor plan that works beautifully for us. The showroom was well stocked and the staff was very helpful. The cabinetry came on time, was delivered professionally. All parts were delivered and all were the right size.
