I contracted with RL Design and Build on an exterior siding project for my home. From the time of the estimate Kobi Harel was honest and upfront. He provided several referrals and pictures of his previous work. These helped me make the decision. His name and reputation as a business owner is important to him. Throughout the project he was communicative which is what I was seeking. His crews were timely, worked hard, and took pride in the work they did. Marvin did a great job directing the crews and hearing and actioning my feedback. Together they provided a beautiful result far beyond what I had ever hoped. I look forward to working with Kobi and Team again. Many thanks for my home transformation!

This is our third project we have worked on with Kobi. He’s done two total backyard remodels and some internal work as well for us. He is professional, efficient and transparent with pricing. He works within your budget and keeps you to it. He will always stand by his work. On our last house, the first rains came months after Kobi did our backyard. And we noticed one of the light fixtures in the deck cover was leaking. We called him and he had someone the next day over to fix the problem! And I can’t say enough good things about the workers he brings to the job site. They are efficient, respectful of your space and time. Highly recommend working with Kobi.

Kobi of RL Design and Build planned and coordinated the remodel of my kitchen and bathroom. He did an excellent job of managing the subcontractors and ensuring compliance with the safety standards and city code of Pasadena. He oversaw the budget, schedule and quality of work and served as the main point of contact between me and the workers. He handled everything from the initial planning and obtaining the necessary permits to the final inspection and completion of the project. He was always available for answering any questions or concerns that I had regarding the project. I highly recommend RL design and Build for anyone needing remodeling of your kitchen or bathroom.

I first met Kobi when I was doing a project for my backyard and I immediately liked him because he was looking for a cost-efficient way for me to do the things that I wanted to do. After hiring him, I found that it was so great that he would actually call me so that there was no confusion about what I wanted through text or email, etc.. His team did a fantastic job and so I hired him to do my kitchen and I really appreciated that he would support my vision, even though it was very quirky and not your typical design, but he was just willing to execute whatever I was thinking of and that was very important to me. Since I’ve had such a good experience, I’ve continue to use him for other projects at my house. I recommended him to a friend of mine and she’s been really happy with his work as well. I highly recommend this company!

I am over the moon. Can't express the joy I felt when my project was completed. Kobi was the best, very helpful in making sure I was happy and also gave me some great ideas. Kobi's crew (Marvin-foreman) took extra care to make sure everything was perfect and was also very respectful of my property.
