I contracted with Professional Building & Renovations to update a downstairs kitchenette area. Rob & his team were professional, courteous & timely. They did an outstanding job of installing drywall, cabinets, countertops, backsplash and lighting. When a change order was required, Rob explained in detail what was required to fix the issue w/no surprises. Our project turned out beautiful and we are delighted with the outcome. I am delighted with the fine work of Professional Building & Renovations, LLC Although the project took longer than I expected, I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship. Kenny did a great job in carefully planning and placing all the tilework, despite the fact that I unknowingly chose some difficult materials with which to work. He never complained; just met the challenge and carried on, always concerned with making a "perfect" match. The repair work that Billis did on the back wall of the sink was a big improvement; and although I was reluctant to use the color gray, the freshly painted walls look great. Somehow, the new white marble shower seems larger, and the shower head Robert recommended is quite an improvement. I am not sure how the plumbers did it, but I am amazed at the increase in water pressure, as well as the shorter time I am able to get hot water. I feel the job was done professionally and exceeded my expectations.

The work was very professionally done, completed on time, and reasonably priced. I actually added another $1000.00 worth of work to the job after Rob started working. I was so impressed with his work we decided to complete more work we had been holding out on. I have recommended Pro Builders to a number of neighbors and friends.

My husband and I highly recommend Rob Mignogna and Professional Building & Renovations. He and his team, working with Nancy Henry Interiors, creatively solved the problem of providing lighting for our dim living room with its concrete ceilings. We had favorite oil paintings, but they looked dull. Rob and Nancy knew what to do. Rob built two hollow beams, which he attached to the ceiling. Because the beams wouldn't fit on the stairs or in the elevator of our condo building, Rob had to move furniture and construct the beams in our unit while we were away. Then he provided recessed lights, with track lighting on the sides of the beams, aimed at our paintings. He finished on time, on budget, and his workmanship was impeccable. He and his crew also brightened the room by painting the walls and ceiling. We now feel as though we are living in a gorgeous art gallery. We are thrilled!

We had Professional Building and Renovations remodel our kitchen. They did a beautiful job and we couldn’t be happier. The smallest detail is perfect. Installation of cabinets, granite and lighting were all on time. Friends have given us compliments on our finished kitchen and can’t believe how “house beautiful” it is. I highly recommend them.

Rob was great to work with from the start to the end of the project, which was quite large and encompassed multiple separate items, including stamped concrete sidewalks and patio, Hardy board siding, gutters, drainage plans & pool house renovations. These folks are completely trustworthy! That information is worth it's weight in gold. So many people out there just say they can do a thing and they have no clue! These folks know and get the job done right and well. We had an emergency water line break and had to replace the kitchen cabinets and they made our kitchen so much better than before! We are completely happy and will call on them and recommend them to anyone!

We got lucky and had Professional Building and Renovations referred to us. They bent over backwards to get our time sensitive job done quickly. All employees and subs were amazing as well. Professional Building and Renovations is the perfect name for Robert Mignogna's company as he is a true professional. We contracted Robert for a home repair project that involved repairs and paint in several different areas of our home. His written detailed estimate was very fair and the project was completed within the budget agreed upon and in a timely manner. Rob and his assistant/painter Billus provided excellent, quality workmanship.They arrived on time ,kept the work area as neat as possible and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Rob came up with some creative ideas which ended up saving us money. You can not see the difference where repairs and paint meet the previous existing areas.In this sense "it's like it never happened"! We can't recommend Rob highly enough. .
