Robin and the staff at Hayward's are just fabulous! I was looking to update my home's interior. I chatted with Robin about the look I was attempting to achieve. He made several suggestions, all of which I incorporated. The transformation surpassed my expectations. I love my "new" space!! I couldn't be more pleased and can't thank him enough.

Working with Hayward Interiors over the years has been a real pleasure. They have a huge selection of furniture and fixtures from which to chose and their staff are both professional and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with some of the items that we chose when outfitting our new showroom, especially our 2 couches that greet people upon their arrival and one gloriously large and organic mirror that sits proudly in my office!

Fabulous service! The professional approach and knowledge which Robin provided was very helpful with our new renovations. We felt no pressure to go with the selections suggested and were offered many ideas to help ensure we were happy and satisfied. We were in the process of transforming our home from child friendly to adult appropriate but we stuck on how to make that work for our main living space. I have been dealing with Hayward Interiors for the last ten years I continually find them to be the best furniture store in the Province. Their attention to detail with the selection of Amazing furniture brings me back every time. I would like to say that the entire furniture industry should learn from your company. The level of customer service just makes for a great over-all experience for the customer.

Fantastic products, Fantastic service, right down to the delivery drivers, I spent months looking for the right furniture for my living room, Robin even came to my house to help me decide, then after another 4 visits to the showroom and hours of robins time we could not be happier. Thanks Robin!!

Truly exceptional service... we took our 3 year old into the store who loved Buddy the dog!! she named him Hayward as she took a cute stuffed toy of him home too! (it's the little things) we walked around every couch (there were lots!) and came back a few days later to pick the couch we loved out. we bought our last sofa from a well known huge chain store...never again local business is the only way to go....Robin knew so much about the products and layouts of rooms it was crazy....even to the point we text him pictures of our living room for him to make suggestions....and get this no upsell!!! not like the other places...good honest advice. The delivery guys were awesome too. Next up for us is a new set for our master bedroom...I can say for certain we will be buying it at Haywards.

Robin was a tremendous help to us decorating our new home. I gave robin an idea of the style that I had in mind and he was able to put together a plan for me almost instantly. He is very responsive and easy to work with. I really loved that he would send me pictures of pieces that he would recommend- I am a mother of two small children, so shopping sometimes isn't easy. I have to also say that the guys that delivered our furniture were very professional and they took care in putting the pieces together. I should also mention that we recieved the most amazing friendly service at Haywards and will continue to go back. When we moved, we needed to choose some new furniture to match the scale of our new house. I knew the look and feel I was going for, and decided to design and decorate myself. Robin Hayward helped me take my ideas into reality; he spent a lot of time providing advice and suggestions (including measuring space and considering four seasons) and he challenged us to consider a few new ideas. Robin was more than happy to let us 'audition' pieces in our home. The end result is exactly what we wanted - elegant, comfortable, unfussy and stylish. GREAT customer experience.
