My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Would not recommend: left without railing for 3 months, missed commitments and lack of communication After our railing was removed, we spent months without a railing which is quite dangerous and there were 2 falls during that period. We were quoted 1 week and it took 3 months. The subsequent commitment to make up for the botched delivery of the new railing was never delivered. There was a lack of communication on any hold ups. On the occasions we were told a day / time for delivery, those were also missed without subsequent notification. We had to reach out to R&F to find the new status or even whether someone was showing up that day. It was incredibly frustrating, dangerous and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Zach has the highest quality craftsmanship and is extremely creative. We ordered a custom house number sign with graphics, words, and numbers. It is beautiful! Very professional, friendly and an all-around pleasure to do business with.

We had Zachariah design a railing for our stairway after we replaced the flooring in our home. He and Brianna were great to work with! We sent them our ideas for the design and he incorporated them into the final design. Zachariah was very thorough--he spent a couple of hours taking measurements, making the actual installation very easy. We get so many compliments on our new railing! Zachariah has posted pictures.
