We had an extremely disappointing experience with Rodeo Construction and Eloy (Sensitive Information Hidden). What began as a promising project quickly turned into a prolonged and frustrating situation marked by poor workmanship, lack of attention to detail, and serious concerns about professionalism. Throughout the project, we made consistent efforts to communicate and resolve issues. We held frequent—often weekly—meetings with Eloy to address ongoing problems and give him the opportunity to correct deficiencies and deliver the quality of work that was originally promised prior to signing the contract. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, the work continued to fall well below acceptable standards. Numerous aspects of the construction showed clear signs of subpar craftsmanship, including uneven finishes, lack of consistency, and incomplete or poorly executed details. Instead of improvement over time, the quality issues persisted, creating additional stress and requiring us to spend significant time documenting and addressing each concern. Due to the extent of the issues, we ultimately felt it was necessary to file a formal complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC). In addition to the workmanship concerns, we also developed serious concerns regarding the handling and use of project funds, which further eroded our trust in both the company and its leadership. This experience has been both financially and emotionally draining. We entered into this project in good faith, expecting professionalism, transparency, and quality work, but unfortunately did not receive any of those at a level that would be considered acceptable. We strongly encourage anyone considering working with Rodeo Construction or Eloy (Sensitive Information Hidden) to proceed with extreme caution, thoroughly vet all aspects of the company, and ensure strong contractual protections are in place before moving forward.

A strong wind (tornado, microburst ?) hit our roof very hard on July 12, 2023 at 6:30pm. Our propanol roofing was destroyed. Rodeo Construction LLC from Rio Rancho was at our home in Socorro NM in a short time to do an excellent job in 103* weather, to dismantle, remove damaged roofing material debri, and tarp our roof. We are relieved that Rodeo Construction will put up a new roof for us. The high winds in our area and the loose roofing material posed a safety hazard. Eloy Molina and his Rodeo Construction Company staff responded quickly with consideration and expert workmanship.

The performance by you and your associates has been outstanding in every regard. We appreciate your professionalism, your sensitivity to our needs, and your desire to achieve completed projects on time and within budget. The design capabilities you have brought to bear on our initiatives have saved us many thousands of dollars, something we also deeply appreciate!
