We met Ron Frank by referral from friends. He called us and set up an appointment. He was very professional but yet friendly. He was so patient with us as I thought I Knew exactly what I wanted and needed. With his experience and my inexperience just ideas we made the perfect match. I would absolutely recommend him. Ron Frank was there when he said he would be and was very neat. We are extremely happy with the island he put in our kitchen. The quality of the cabinetry makes our kitchen look like a beautiful piece of furniture not just a kitchen cabinet. Ron helped us design and completely remodel our kitchen, which is the heart of our home! He was extremely professional and friendly and took his time to listen carefully and discuss our ideas. He was swift to solve architectural obstacles which included space efficiency, adding room dimensions and the challenge of creating a double section Island that could accommodate necessary through traffic. We came home from a vacation to a water disaster and our kitchen was a complete loss. The silver lining from this disaster was Ron. He listened to our tastes and offered his professional guidance. He provided many samples and made sure we were completely satisfied with his renovation project. He also drew several drafts of the kitchen with new layouts to ensure we would love the final product. Ron Franks is a highly recommended contractor in our area and I asked him to come into our home and design a new kitchen layout along with a price quote. Ron provided us with three design plans, working around the budget I set forth for the project. When we meet with him he explained his layouts and made recommendations which we never thought of. Once the cabinets were ordered they arrived just as he had planned, his install was meticulous, fast, and to the highest quality possible. I worked with Ron Franks for a recent kitchen gut renovation over Summer 2016. For this renovation, Ron provided a beautiful plan for a completely reworked kitchen, allowing for a better flow in our new home. We purchased all of our cabinetry from Ron Franks and Bertch Cabinetry. The cabinets have thus far, almost 6 month later, held up beautifully, are easy to clean and are well made and extremely durable. Ron was wonderful to work with. He has a great eye/vision, was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process and our cabinetry arrived in a timely manner.
