Jane and Amanda designed and managed an extensive remodel of our home. The design was creative, the work was exceptional. We love all the unique upgrades. They managed the move out and move in, making the process stress free. At every turn, they went above and beyond. Their fees were very reasonable and the project was completed on time. We are so happy we selected them. They are professional.

The Room Resolution’s team was a pleasure to work with during our house remodeling project. We give them five stars in customer service, five stars for attention to detail, and five stars for quality of work and immediate follow-through on all work orders. What we had originally thought would be a long drawn out, stressful and unsettling project turned out to be nothing of the sort. Jane, Amanda, and their amazing contractors made this a stress-free and enjoyable experience. Because of their communications, collaborations, recommendations, and their genuine passion for their client's satisfaction, we trusted them to complete the project sight unseen. Our remodeling journey began with several consultations, interviews and design reviews pertaining to what our dreams for our “new home” would look like. We were provided several designs for the kitchen, master bathroom, great room, and casita. Many of our discussions revolved around our displeasure with rooms with no purpose, a poorly designed utility room, lack of adequate closet and storage space, outdated countertops and cabinets as well as the need to replace the carpet throughout the house. Room Resolutions took all our concerns, dreams, and our interests and presented us with a complete design plan that not only addressed every concern, but they also came with the latest and greatest designs to bring our house to the 21st Century. Whenever we had a question or concern, we immediately contacted them and the concern addressed. If we did not like something, we were presented with alternative solutions (ones we would never have thought of but truly loved). As we celebrated our “new Home”, we had many get-togethers with family and friends. The overall comment everyone stated was, “WOW, what attention to detail in every room, even the garage!” After a few months of living in our newly remodeled home, we continue to discover the many wonderful details that have been carefully woven into every aspect of our custom home. For example, the antique desk, passed down from my grandmother, had been staged with all the memories of her and our time together. Our garage had been decorated with items found in our junk box, items such as 1964 Mustang hubcaps were eye-catchers. Closets, drawers, cabinets and even the toolboxes were organized with exceptional detail and purpose. They have made our house inviting, modern and useful, a place you would want to come home to every day and relax and enjoy with family and friends. A well deserved five-star rating! The quality of workmanship, follow-through were exceptional. We were updated weekly throughout the entire remodel process. All timelines were followed without exception. What impressed us the most, besides our fabulous Home, was the follow-through. On all occasions, our requests to address minor construction flaws gained their immediate attention. When I consider a product or service, I want a company that stands by their product or service. Jane and Amanda are exceptional in addressing their client's requests. They are distinctively refined interiors who have received countless awards, articles, and stars.

Working with Jane and Amanda from Room Resolutions was one of the best professional experiences I have come across in quite some time, if ever. When I first started working with Jane and Amanda on this main level remodel project, I was surprised that even though they are incredibly creative and unique in their ideas, they are also extremely pleasant and easy going. They both have the ability to interact with the client on the creative level to develop a concept unique to them and their spaces, but then turn right around and work with me the contractor to make that concept a reality. They are both able to do both without missing a beat. The biggest thing that stood out to me is the attention to detail and the level of quality of materials they selected. Too often I see designers cut corners by not planning the entire space, or by using inferior materials or products that look good, but do not stand the test of time. When designers and contractors use subpar materials and finishes, they maximize their profits at the cost of the client. As an owner/operator of a small remodel company, this is the type of integrity that puts them at the top of my recommendation list. When my wife and I looked at a front room and kitchen remodel we first attempted to do this project on our own. We immediately got overwhelmed with the amount of choices, availability and installation. We realized that the extra costs accounted with bringing in professionals would be worth it. We shopped around, having been burned in the past, and after talking with Jane and Amanda realized this was the team to help us update our main livening spaces. Room Resolutions (RR) gave us plenty of time to talk about our lifestyles and how we see using the space. They asked great questions to narrow down ideas and concepts before even showing us their concepts. Once we did see what they had created we loved 95% of it. I was impressed how much they got "right" from the first review. Once we dialed in the final design and concepts they handed the rest of the process seamlessly. RR gave us a cost breakdown of all the major line items. From visits with the contractors to working with our schedules to make sure the house wasn't under construction for more then a few days. RR also worked with us when we needed to drop the budget. Jane came back with the new estimate within days. They also kept us up to date with changes in the schedule. When the construction started they were at the house making sure it was going well and the construction mess wasn't getting to out of control. They kept to the deadlines to near perfection and always communicated with us if there were any changes. The builders they use were also excellent. Their work was very good as I like to make sure the details aren't missed or not overlooked. They also did a very good job at cleaning up when it was all done. An expense we didn't have to take care of like previous people we have used. Bottom line is we will and plan to use Room Resolutions again. Our kitchen and living space turned out amazing and six months later we get repeat compliments. If you are shopping around Room Resolutions must be on the list and given a serious look. Our communication with them was open and frequent making the whole process as less stress as possible. These projects can cost a lot of money and working with RR allowed us to make sure none of it was wasted and we loved the final results.

We have worked with Room Resolutions on multiple projects and it has always been a wonderful experience. Jane and Amanda are extremely talented at what they do, very easy to work with and listen to the needs of their clients. Their creative and extraordinary eye for detail is truly a gift. Their ability to create a beautifully aesthetic room while making it “liveable” is definitely their strong suit as well. We hired Room Resolutions to design our new bicycle shop. We had never worked with professional designers before and had no idea what to expect. Jane and Amanda listened to our ideas and what we wanted the final outcome to be as far as "look" and "vibe" for the shop. They took our ideas and came back with a plan for us to review. They were very open to us saying "yay or nay" to the components of the original plan and came back with a second plan that was exactly what we wanted - actually even better than what we thought we wanted. Both Jane and Amanda were great to work with and stayed patient with us throughout the entire process from design to order to actually putting the shop together (with simultaneous input from 12 very tired people). We now have a bike shop different from any other bike shop in town. Room Resolutions managed to give us a shop that is inviting for women shoppers and industrial enough for male shoppers. We have gotten nothing but compliments from customers.
