I can’t say enough good things about Chris. We’ve hired him twice, for a full kitchen reno and four years later, a full bathroom reno. Everyone he brings into your home is professional, courteous, on time, and clean. There is no issue Chris can’t solve. He treats you like family, he truly cares about your project. He’s honest, has great opinions, and is very knowledgeable. I’ve recommended him to two other people for their kitchen projects, they both were as happy as I am!

Our master bedroom and master bath turned out exceptionally beautiful, exceeding our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with the final results. We absolutely love our newly renovated bedroom with new hardwood floors, new Pella windows (matching the windows on the first floor), oak interior doors, recessed lighting installed, new bathroom vanity area including new lighting, and a bathroom/shower renovation. Since Chris’ team is very professional, courteous, reliable, trustworthy, and expert craftsmen; it was a no brainer to have our master bedroom and bathroom remodeled again with Chris and his team. Chris was at our house daily during the project and he let us know what was happening each day. The project was finished ahead of the detailed timeline that Chris gave us at the start of our project. Chris is reliable and trustworthy and he makes sure that everything is done right. He pays attention to detail and everyone in his crew is respectful and does a fantastic job as well. I enjoyed every person who came to my house to do work or perform a service! They really are a nice group of people who I believe pride themselves on doing a quality job. They were always pleasant to be around & tried to keep the dust & debris to a minimum, which we truly appreciated since we have a daughter who has asthma. I would highly recommend them if wanting a job well done by very skilled & trustworthy people!

Although we longed and planned for our kitchen remodel for years we waited until very recently to actually “take the plunge”. Our hesitation was largely based in our anxiety over finding the right contractor and being comfortable with the myriad of decisions that we would need to make along the way. Well we needn’t have waited … Chris Rosseland and Rosseland Construction was right here in our town all along! While perusing the Angie’s List site one evening I found some reviews from clients who had remodeling projects completed by Rosseland Construction and they were all very positive. A little more research found similar reviews on other sites so we made the call to set a time to meet with Chris and discuss what we wanted. From the very start we loved Chris! He was thorough, patient and very professional as we discussed our project; which ended up being a rather large one that included knocking out two walls and essentially remodeling one entire floor of our house. He provided us with an additional list of references and within twenty four hours he had a proposal completed for our consideration. We contacted several of those references and they were all very pleased with their experiences so we were off and running within the week. From the start we were thrilled with the project and actually enjoyed the experience; despite the inconvenience of living in a “construction zone”! Chris’s crew was great; we enjoyed meeting and working with all of them! It was obvious from the start that Chris has taken a great deal of time and care cultivating great working relationships with some wonderful professionals. They were on time every day, thorough in their work, patient with our questions and concerns, and always anxious to be sure we were pleased with the work. We tried to stay out of their way but the fact that we are both retired meant that we were home each and every day … something they may not have been used to but everyone was patient and willing to take a minute to explain things to us or occasionally simply have a chat. At every step Chris was with us; even accompanying us to meet with the designer and select our cabinets! He checked in each and every day to monitor progress and make sure that we were comfortable with what was happening and inform us as to what to expect at every step of the way. We were provided with a schedule at the start of the project and it was adhered to and adjusted as needed throughout the project. We always felt that the success of our kitchen renovation was every bit as important to him as it was to us. The project was completed not only on time; but about a week ahead of schedule! We were thrilled! It was a great experience; every question was answered, every concern was addressed and the new kitchen was everything we had hoped for and more. I am afraid that Chris and his team has spoiled us and it would be nearly impossible to imagine any future projects without them!

We hired Rosseland Construction for a complete home remodel. This included complete remodel of 3 bathrooms, kitchen, and lower level. Walls were removed, sliding glass door installed, new wood floors installed, new railings installed, new paint and trim in every room. We also had a structural issue that was no problem for Chris and his crew. The plumbers, electricians, carpenters and all others involved in the project were very professional and took pride in their work. Also this project was completed ahead of schedule. Even now 18 months later, when I have a question, Chris responds within hours to answer any questions. Overall it has been a pleasant experience dealing with Rosseland Construction and I highly recommend using them for any remodel project.

We have used Rosseland Construction for other projects in our home, so when it was time to remodel our kitchen we knew we were in good hands. We had our basement remodeled. Everything turned out beautiful. I couldn't believe it was the same basement. Chris and the people he works with were so great. They thought of every last detail. It really took the worry out of such a big job. They are remodeling my kitchen now and doing a fantastic job. Couldn't be happier!
