Royal Stone is a high-end design build landscape company. Although the design of the back-yard was very good, the implementation and attention to detail was lacking. An electrical outlet was left unfinished with wires dangling (I had to get another electrician in to finish that job), an dryer vent was damaged in construction and was not replaced ( I attended to that) and plant material was not of the best quality and some material required replacement (I attended to that). But, the most concerning issue was the lack of follow-up to some minor problems with the mega-pavers and stone edging, which had shifted over the winter. Although this not totally unexpected in our climate, Royal Stone have failed to respond to my numerous phone calls and text messages to both the project supervisor (Evan) and management (Pino). This is a very simple repair job, requiring a few hours of labour and no material costs to Royal Stone. So rather than attending to a simple and easily remedied problem, they have an unhappy, disgruntled client.

Hired Royal Stone to remove our old wooden deck and install mega paving stones and a high end privacy fence. Right away the privacy fence had to be redone, as the privacy panels were all splitting cause the wrong size nails were used. They came back and made it much worse trying to correct it. Complained again about it and they sent a different carpenter who ripped it down and rebuilt it properly. Then our first winter revealed a major problem with the patio stones. Several patio stones lifted right where one of my old wooden deck post was installed. I suggested they left a post in the ground and paved over it. That claim was vehemently denied by the project manager. Yet when I removed the stones recently I see all they did was cut off the post and left the a metre of concrete in the hole. Now this old concrete post keeps lifting our patio stones over winter. And as a result of this action the limestone screenings have leaked out causing the patio stones to drop in several areas. What Royal Stone needs to so is remove the old deck post and re-level all stones that have risen and fallen. This could have been avoided if they did what they were paid to do...remove ALL previous deck posts. Royal Stone is well aware of my complaints and have not reached out to me to correct the problem. I understand the deck already has three seasons on it...But these problems are all related to their workmanship failure leaving a post in the ground. Several complaints via emails have been made...but like I say my deck still looks like it's 50 years old. Shame on you Royal.

The worst company around they did my fence and it's falling apart they did my landscaping grass only and it's a joke thank God I did not make them do my patio and plus I got cheated for $250 for my gate that they never installed Ryan is a joke I would not recommend them to no one

Top notch in every regard! Total professionalism and attention to detail. You give John your idea and he will envision it for you and work out all the little details. When John schedules your project watch out machines, trucks and an army shows up and every person knows what they need to do. The work is executed like clock work. The materials are coordinated exactly when needed nothing sits. All excavated material is removed off site immediately. It's this efficiency that cuts the project time in half. The quality and workmanship is perfect to every little detail and your kept informed every step of the way. John oversees the whole job and is meticulous. Thank you Royal Stone I would never even consider another landscape company.

excellent work from the team at Royal Stone!! Pino and Ken were very professional and provided excellent workmanship and amazing quality at my Property. If it weren't for Pino we would have never chosen the colour of the pool which Pino had recommended and we could not be more thrilled with the stunning look of out pool. They also recommended a great looking stone and sent us out to other projects to view the stone. They had patience with me which i was very grateful for.
