The sales staff is incredibly helpful and they have a huge selection. We were able to take large samples home to see them in the space. The floors are beautiful.

Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff selling a plethora of flooring options! A must visit for every project.

I've worked w/ Holly Graves from Ruggs one two separate projects and I only have positive things to say about her and Ruggs. Holly is patient, helpful and offers valid opinions. She's responsive and makes herself available for meetings and phone calls. Most importantly, she's organized and she doesn't lose your selections or neglect to note them. Finding organized salespeople is very tough around here. Ruggs is a top notch company. Their installers show up when they say they'll show up and they get it done within the timeframe that they say they will. We got carpet, hardwood and area rugs from Ruggs. Every person we interacted with was pleasant and competent.

This is the 2nd flooring project I hired Ruggs Benedict to help me with, and once again, they were fantastic to work with. My first project was in Beaver Creek and involved new wool carpet and luxury vinyl installation in our condo. The 2nd project was at our condo in Avon, and involved the installation of the luxury vinyl product throughout our 2-bedroom, 2-bath rental. In both cases, my husband and I were extremely satisfied with their level of service from start to finish. I highly recommend them and will use them again for future projects!

The selections were the BEST among all that were recommended by the Vail Racquet Club Rental Management. Store hours are long. The representatives were knowledgeable, accommodating, thoughtful, friendly and professional. In August, 2015, we were helped by a lovely lady, Ms. Susan Wilder. i worked with susan at ruggs benedict and she did a wonderful job. we are building a $12 million spec house so every thing needs to be at that level. we purchased the flooring and carpet from them. everything very professional from initial meeting to install. we plan to start another project in the spring, and we will contact them again.
