I hired this company and scheduled an installation date. However, the date came and went without any communication from them regarding delays; I was consistently the one initiating contact. They missed four scheduled installation dates, each time without any notification. I am extremely disappointed. It's essential to compare options when selecting installers.

Would never use this company again. They said it would be three weeks to get to the job. They needed half of the amount upfront for a deposit. I paid it that day with my credit card. I called them at 4 weeks, they had someone they had someone in the hospital and it would be the next week. I said ok no problem. The end of the next week comes and no contact from them again. I call again the following Monday. They say they have someone out with Covid and they would be out the next week. I sad ok no problem. The end of the week comes and again no contact from them. I call again the following Monday, They are having to find placement for family in the nursing home. I said then if they are too busy and don’t have time I can find another company. She promised they would be out the next week. They finally do come and do the work 4 weeks later than the original timeline. They finished up on Friday and they sent me the final invoiceFriday at 630pm. On Monday they charged my credit card for the balance WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. . They had kept my payment information. Of course she said it was a mistake. A new person had made the mistake. Do not ever use this company. They have excuses for everything they are supposed to do. Until it is time for you to pay them. Awful customer service. They never once contacted me to tell me there was a delay. I had to call every single time. The biggest take away from this is Never give them any access to your credit of debit cards. They will use them whenever they decide to.

I would give them a zero if I could. I got quotes for chain link and iron. Because I live at holly lake ranch the rules are strict. I was originally going to go for chain link and they had put in a few posts for that. However, I had to change to the wrought iron. My estimate was for 4300.00 when the job was finally completed the bill was just over 5000.00. I stupidly wrote the check. I called sabra to ask why such a high difference and was told, well we had to remove those couple of posts and that created the use of more cement and labor. I’m still very upset even 2 months later. I ask her why I wasn’t notified that my charges were going to be 700.00 more than my quote before the job was completed. No acceptable answer was given. This is no way to do business and like I said I was wrong to pay that final bill. I just hope if others decide to use this company be advised that you should not pay them more than the estimate price they give you unless they contact you of a change. To me 700.00 is a huge difference and the consumer absolutely deserves a choice.

Mitchell Fence is a very professional organization and had great workmanship. Sabra and Donnie have great customer service! Hire them, you won't be disappointed.

When we purchased our home on a highway we knew from the start we were going to need a fence. The yard consists of almost an acre and some of the boundaries had some pipe fencing but a good deal of the fencing required knew posts. This was a substantial job and Mitchell Fence took it on and did a wonderful job. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Donnie and Sabra!

Gave Mitchell a call , they responded in a timely manner,they knew what I was looking for,selected the most quality fencing for the price,put it up when it arrived,and may I say went to bat for me with homeowners administration, two pieces were exchanged because I had told them different than I really needed. Exchange was made no extra charge was applied. More than expected out of a fence company. Looks Great. Thanks!
